On the ground floor, the black metal jaali’s circular design mirrors the canopy’s circular cutout, creating a cohesive and elegant aesthetic.

    A Calming Elegance

This classic modern house is a perfect example of an urban oasis, where materials like brick, stone, and metal are masterfully used to evoke calming elegance amid the city’s lively backdrop.

The main living areas of the villa begin on the first floor, which is designed with a spacious open-plan layout combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room immediately draws attention with a standing white marble mural of Lord Rama, acting as a partition between the staircase, family room, and the main living space.

This mural, crowned by an exquisite chandelier and flanked by lush planters, infuses the room with a sense of auspiciousness and tranquillity.

    Airy and Refreshing Aura

A large window bathes the entire floor—living, dining, family room, and kitchen—in natural light. Thus, creating an airy and refreshing atmosphere.

In the kitchen, a parallel layout features a sleek slit window, ensuring ample ventilation and allowing space for top cabinets. The other side of the kitchen is designed with an island counter that transitions smoothly into a dining area for four.

The island includes a cooktop and is topped with a cone-shaped island chimney extending from the ceiling. Thus, lending a unique, modern touch to the space. This layout not only enhances functionality but also creates an inviting environment for casual meals and gatherings.

Adjacent to the large window in the living area, a free-standing corner unit made from wood and stone adds style and sophistication to the room.

    Modern Design

The TV unit, with its black marble stone effect and sleek wooden storage cabinets, incorporates a modern design with indirect profile lighting that enhances the overall aesthetic.

This design theme is echoed on the opposite side of the TV unit, where similar stone detailing and shelving create a cohesive look that blends elegance with practicality.

The family room offers a warm and inviting space. Thus, featuring low seating with a unique caged back design crafted from walnut-coloured wood. This seating area transitions smoothly into planters on both ends, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor elements. Positioned opposite the mandir, this space is perfect for family gatherings, fostering a sense of togetherness and calm.

    Elaborate Designs

The villa’s bedrooms each boast a distinct style, showcasing a variety of design elements. The first bedroom, with a blue colour palette, features printed curtains, a corner window, and a tufted grey bed against a stone accent wall.

The second bedroom presents a playful mix of geometric shapes. It comes with white arches contrasting against a grey stone-effect wall, all tied together by a camel-coloured bed.

    Intricate Textures

In the third bedroom, modern textures and wavy shapes dominate, with profile lighting highlighting the flowing lines of a black wood-effect panel behind the bed.

The fourth bedroom brings in timeless elegance with linen-textured fabrics and a walnut nightstand. Additionally, creating a warm contrast against beige walls.

Finally, the master bedroom is the highlight of the villa. Thus, featuring a bed back that uniquely merges four materials—stone, floral print, fluted panels, and wood effect.

This combination creates a striking yet harmonious focal point for the room. Meanwhile, the wooden cabinets with gold handles complement the design beautifully. The overall effect is one of luxury, warmth, and artistic balance, making the master bedroom a true sanctuary.

Hanumant Villa perfectly balances modern design with classic charm, creating a tranquil urban escape. Its thoughtful blend of materials, detailed interiors, and well-planned spaces make it a serene, stylish retreat that reflects both elegance and comfort in every corner.
