Upon stepping into Swananda Lok, guests are greeted by a sense of warmth and elegance. The safety door and main door, embossed in MDF and polished PU, set the tone for the sophisticated yet inviting ambience.
The foyer area, adorned with wallpaper and a sleek mini console, exudes a welcoming vibe. A PVC wooden texture ceiling breaks the monotony, adding depth and character to the space.
The spiritual sanctum within the residence is thoughtfully designed to inspire serenity and reverence. The back wall of the mandir is accentuated with silver grey texture paint, creating a tranquil backdrop for prayer and reflection. The door, featuring fluted glass and bells with PU polish, reflects traditional charm while maintaining a modern aesthetic.
The heart of Swananda Lok, the living room, is a harmonious fusion of style and functionality. The TV unit wall, clad in PVC panels and Italian marble, commands attention with its sleek design.
A partition crafted from natural pine wood adds visual interest while maintaining an open layout. The seating arrangement, comprising a 3+3 sofa set in olive green and two armchairs in dusty rose with a golden patti base, strikes the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication.
A marble-top round storage table with black powder-coated metal legs adds a touch of luxury. A wall highlight in dusty rose colour, complemented by golden CNC frames, adds a pop of colour and texture to the space.
The kitchen and dining area combine functionality with visual appeal. The kitchen, finished in dusty rose PU with white accents and a touch of veneer exudes modern elegance.
A pure white Nano countertop offers ample workspace, while a breakfast counter with hanging lights and two golden stools provides a cozy spot for casual dining.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury and relaxation. A combination of white PU and veneer, along with grey PVC louvres on the TV unit wall, creates a contemporary yet inviting atmosphere.
A live painting in mustard yellow behind the bed adds a vibrant focal point, while track lights highlight artifacts on the shelf, adding depth and dimension to the space.
The parents’ room offers a serene retreat, designed with comfort and style in mind. The pink color palette, combined with brown veneer accents, creates a soothing ambiance.
The back wall, adorned with pop moulding in a curved shape and polished to resemble real wood, adds a touch of sophistication and warmth.
The office room in this luxurious home design is designed to inspire productivity and creativity. A study wall unit with proper focal lights and a soothing white study top provides an ideal workspace. Fluted glass storage at the top adds functionality while maintaining a clean aesthetic.
The room’s design, characterized by white walls and a brick-patterned wallpaper on the corner beam, strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and creativity.
Swananda Lok is more than just a residence; it’s a testament to thoughtful design, meticulous craftsmanship, and attention to detail. From the elegant entrance to the serene bedrooms and functional office space, every design detail enhances the quality of life for Priyank Patel and his family.
With its seamless blend of style, comfort, and functionality, Swananda Lok in Samarth Heaven -6 truly stands as a haven of luxury and tranquility in Gandhi Nagar.
