    Nestled in the serene town of Nadiad, this 1900-square-foot modern design villa is a masterpiece of contemporary design. Its muted color palette creates a tranquil atmosphere, with every corner telling a story of elegance and style.

    Upon entering, you’re greeted by a striking oak wood door and jali, offering a glimpse into the beauty within. Moreover, the small vestibule features a blend of metal and wood decor, painted in a soothing PU colour, with Hindu shlokas adding cultural richness.

    Elegant and Minimal

    The living room of this modern design villa is elegantly simple, with minimal furniture and wooden accents, enhanced by full-height curtains. The furniture, in muted and neutral tones, complements the overall ambiance, creating a calming and inviting space. Additionally, a standout feature of the living room is the oak wood swing, adding a touch of charm and sophistication.

    In the heart of this stunning villa lies a beautiful temple space, meticulously designed according to Vastu principles, enhancing the beauty of the living room.

    Moving further towards the north-west, one is welcomed into the dining area, which effortlessly flows into the kitchen and stairway. The dining space, designed to seat six, is a study in elegance. The table, with a marble top and oak wood base, exudes sophistication and charm.

    A small crockery unit, featuring a fluted pattern, adds a touch of class to the space. Adjacent to the dining area is the well-appointed kitchen. It features an artificial stone countertop in a sleek grey tone, seamlessly blending with the overall interior.

    Cohesive Aura

    The below-stone and overhead storage, also in grey, merge seamlessly with the stone, creating a cohesive look. A service platform behind the cooking area doubles as a breakfast table, cleverly partitioning the spaces. The design is further accentuated by unique lights, adding character and style.

    The open staircase, blending seamlessly into the living room, features oak wood steps, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing interior. Adjacent to the staircase, a cosy corner beckons, housing a small library. Metal shelves and a console storage unit cater to the homeowner’s love for reading, creating a perfect retreat for quiet moments of reflection and relaxation.

    On the ground floor, the parents’ room is a sanctuary designed to reflect their tastes and preferences. Characterised by minimal furniture and a lack of wall cladding, the room features a harmonious blend of grey tones throughout. The bed, clad in light grey leather, serves as the focal point, complemented by a loose round side table that adds a touch of elegance.

    Clean and Sophisticated

    The full-height wardrobe shutter, with a profile glass front, creates a sense of height and space, while a round wall art piece behind the bed adds a subtle yet artistic touch to the textured wall. A TV unit, blending seamlessly with the wall, and a well-placed dressing mirror complete the space, creating a clean and sophisticated design.

    On the first floor, the master bedroom is minimalistic, with a simple wooden headboard and glass hanging lights. Side tables blend seamlessly with the rest of the interior, while a large painting on one wall adds muted color and beauty to the room.

    A hidden door leads to the bathroom and glass-shutter wardrobe, adding a touch of luxury. The dressing area features a large dresser and ample storage space, completing the overall design with a sense of sophistication and elegance.

    Attached to the wardrobe, it maximises space, while an infinite wall painting adds depth to the room. A dressing mirror, made from metal, reflects the boy’s interests, creating a personalised environment.

    Intricate Details

    Adjacent to the kid’s bedroom is the activity room, which serves as a guest room as well. The room features a single bed with a platform, a small wardrobe, and a TV. An attached balcony offers a space to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.

    A large wall painting showcasing his love for tennis adds to the room’s charm, creating a luxurious and visually appealing environment.

    All the bathrooms in the villa reflect the client’s taste for luxury, with luxurious tiles and clean lines that showcase their refined taste. Black-coloured wall tiles add a touch of beauty and sophistication, creating a harmonious and elegant atmosphere throughout the villa.

    This individual villa in Nadiad is not just a home; it’s a sanctuary of style and tranquility, where every detail has been carefully curated to create a space that is both inviting and inspiring.
