This 3000 sq. ft. House Is A Sanctuary Of Modern Living | Ishavashyam Design Studio
At the heart of this tranquil abode is a commitment to simplicity and sophistication. From the moment one steps through the designer main door, adorned with exquisite stone veneer, a sense of calm pervades the space.
The stone veneer, meticulously integrated into the design, serves as a unifying element. It creates a cohesive theme that runs throughout the home.
The interiors of the bungalow are a study in restraint, with clean lines and uncluttered spaces prevailing throughout. In the living room, attention is drawn to an intricately engraved center table. The room is illuminated by track lights that accentuate the concrete texture and stone veneer.
The result is a space that exudes sophistication while inviting inhabitants to unwind and relax in style. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space features a curvilinear service table with soft edges. It is designed not only for an aesthetic appeal but also to ensure the safety of the young inhabitants.
This thoughtful design element extends to the staircase railing, where curvilinear forms add a touch of elegance and playfulness. It enhances the overall ambiance of the home. The puja area, with its intricately designed Jaali door, offers a tranquil space for contemplation and reflection. This is further imbued with a sense of tradition and spirituality.
Meanwhile, the vibrant blue hues of the modular kitchen infuse the space with energy and vitality, reflecting the client’s desire for a lively ambiance in the heart of their home.
A highlight of the bungalow is the family room, where the family gathers to unwind and entertain guests. Equipped with a television and a concealed bar area, this versatile space caters to both relaxation and social gatherings. It embodies the essence of modern living.
Whether it’s the bed-back panelling in the master bedroom or the walls of the living room, the rustic charm of the stone veneer adds warmth and character to every corner.
The bedrooms are sanctuaries of comfort and style, each designed with meticulous attention to detail. In the master bedroom, a unique mirror with an acrylic hand-painted border adds a touch of glamour to the dressing area, while the wooden and grey theme fosters a serene environment conducive to relaxation.
For the children’s bedroom, a symmetrical design ensures that each child has their own space, adorned with vibrant brick red and grey hues.
A fun chalkboard on the wall encourages creativity and self-expression, providing a playful backdrop for endless adventures and imagination.
In contrast, the parents’ bedroom exudes understated elegance with its minimalistic approach, providing a tranquil retreat for rest and rejuvenation. The subdued color palette and clean lines create a serene ambiance, allowing inhabitants to unwind and recharge in comfort.
Above all, functionality reigns supreme in this contemporary bungalow, with every design element serving a purpose. From the spacious layout to the vibrant color schemes, each aspect is carefully curated to enhance the overall living experience, allowing them to find solace and serenity in the comfort of their own home.
To the beauty of contemporary minimalism, with its sleekness, thoughtfully curated interiors, and serene ambiance, this residential bungalow offers a tranquil sanctuary where modern living meets timeless elegance, inviting the residents to embrace simplicity and find refuge from the complexities of everyday life.
