As we enter, there is a huge lawn with an attractive Japanese garden. There is a fountain with chiselled granite over it for the extra sound of water pouring and a Buddha sculpture standing near it.

As you can see, many bonsai plants and some lamps carved in granite give the lawn a raw and natural look.

    Entrance Foyer

As we enter there is huge double height entrance foyer which connects the entrance to formal sitting area and lobby.

The entrance foyer has a very interesting chandelier hanging from the double height, giving it the look of a grand entrance.

    Aluminum Sliders

Aluminum sliders connect the formal sitting area to the front lawn, and a tapered roof in veneer, reminiscent of those in hilly areas.

Adjacent to the drawing, there is a worship courtyard, which has a water body as well. We beautifully carved the jalis of the mandir in Vietnam white marble, and the double-height worship courtyard features cladding of Gwalior stone.

Opposite the drawing room there is the kitchen, with onyx cladding and a breakfast island. We connected the kitchen to the duplex area, where we placed a nice dining table.

    Bedrooms

Along with these there are five bedrooms in this villa, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor.

Each bedroom is connected to its personal dressing areas and washrooms. Master bedroom is on first floor facing the front lawn with a huge dressing area and washroom.

The washroom connected to master bedroom has a jacuzzi and steam and it is carved with stone mouldings.

The elevation of this project is very unique, as it has sliding screens of aluminium on the first-floor balcony area. These sliding screens can be shifted to different corners of the house, which gives the project a very different look every time we shift the screens. These sliding screens also provide a little privacy in case the owner is using the balcony. Stone tiles have been used on the first floor, with aluminium wooden cladding on the ceiling.
