Energetic and cool office design have a pinch of casual planning with a more formal working setup. A 1500 sq.ft. commercial space for a Marketing company, the brief was for a variety of informal ‘fun’ workspaces – which were reminiscent of working in a café. Designing of the office started with creating such simple casual spaces and plan evolved around these interesting corners. The layout facilitates an open office culture, creating spaces which encourage interaction between team members. Unobstructed view of the city with a generous ceiling height of 15 ft. were capitalized upon.

The executive cabin is designed as personalized living room, with custom furniture, cane couch, free flowing drapes, rugs and lights, thereby reflecting individual style and identity.
A simple piece of flat platforms with minimum supports and movable storages below add flexibility for working. Lan connections and Wi-Fi ease the use of devices connectivity without restricting the defined workstations.
Combination of formal desk illuminating lights and dome passage lights are thoughtfully placed to maintain café like culture and sense of balance.
With a clear intension of an Open office culture, the common meeting/discussion space is planned with movable writing boards, trendy seatings, moats and a 15 ft. high green wall creating an expression of the free thoughts works well for the purpose.
Commonly called the ‘fun’ ‘hobby’ room by the user with playing instruments, board games – planned as a mezzanine adds to the surprise factor. This space above the meeting room provides a space to work in, rest and ideate and as storage. The peppy coloured arches on walls adds freshness to the space.
Exposed electric wiring conduits provide sense of moving thoughts in varied direction without obstruction symbolizing the free flow. Series of colourful arches of varied sizes brings in the scale to the 15 ft. high environment. The transparency achieved using materials, colour and exposed services creates a bold yet warm workspace.
