Editor’s Note: Contemporary design temperaments determine ‘The Linear House’ and its various moods. The arched entryway is a statement. Etched in Bohemian patterns and hues, the details are in sync internally. Joyful pops of colors are wonderful to behold with each space resting under a distinct charm. ~ Nishal Sevak(Co-Editor)

In a mere span of three months, this once conventional flat has been transformed into a breathtaking dwelling that echoes the unique aspirations of its inhabitants. The grandeur of the abode is unveiled as one steps into the expansive living room, its ceiling gracefully curving to greet the eye while pendant globe lights cast a soft and inviting glow.
Walls adorned with intricately carved moulding, painted in a calming beige hue, complement mirrors adorned with gold strips, evoking an air of opulence. The TV panel, adorned with a Swarovski crystal onyx, transforms into a luminous spectacle when light dances upon it.
The TV unit, crafted from pristine white Corian stone, is flanked by a wooden texture laminate showcase rack, a marriage of modern aesthetics and functional design.
The dining area, an epitome of refined taste, showcases a dining table crowned with a crystal onyx top, its natural patterns speaking of elegance. Complementing the table, vibrant orange velvet dining chairs invite conversations that linger long after the meal has concluded.
Stepping into the master bedroom is akin to immersing oneself in a symphony of textures. The electric blue PU handle-less console, punctuated by rose gold metal designs, demands attention as it stands in stark contrast to the beige walls adorned with intricate moulding.
Wardrobes draped in sumptuous velvet laminate, accentuated by rose-gold corner strips, harmonize effortlessly with the secondary colour palette of the bed – an inviting brown suede fabric upholstery. A masterful blend of opulence and relaxation, making every night a true luxury.
The daughter’s bedroom unfolds with warmth exuding from its wooden flooring, while a low bed, seated atop a raised platform with concealed storage, adds functionality.
The daughter’s personal touch can be felt in her unwavering choice of blue velvet upholstery for the headboard, elegantly offset by a sleek black-tinted wardrobe.
But wait, there is more! A unique study table awaits, where she will explore new worlds and conquer her goals.
Transforming the Multi-purpose room into a serene sanctuary with a touch of nature. Loving the stunning green sofa paired with elegant white moulding, creating a perfect balance of tranquillity and sophistication. A wardrobe adorned with grooves and a thick gold strip injects an element of exuberance.
The apartment’s serene location is amplified by its full-height windows that bathe the space in natural light, fostering a tranquil environment. A lesson in minimalism, the kitchen pairs teal blue overhead storage with classic white subway tiles, adorned with black grouting. Wooden shutters below the platform radiate a sense of warmth and familiarity.
Notably, the designers’ exceptional ability to stay within budgetary confines is a testament to their skill and dedication, culminating in a home that emanates boundless happiness and joy. As the camera captures each meticulously designed corner, it encapsulates a narrative of innovation, functionality, and refined taste, portraying an abode where every element finds its perfect place.
