The spread of 5,000 sq. ft apartment accommodating 4 bhk, is a mono toned palette juxtaposed with vibrant artworks & textiles which then are set against the backdrop of marble, wooden veneer and tiles. illustrating a sumptuous blend of neutral tones, tailored furniture and hints of pastels, this eternal home is a coalescence of tranquillity and modern decor.

Opening the doors to a home where every wall, surface and corner has a story of its own.
The designers emphasised on attaining a peaceful environment through design and bringing simplicity to life. Ingeniously fusing all the functionality within the space, the home sprawls into a geometrical canvas with clean lines.

Allowing fluidity in order as a concept, the zest entrance is laced in mono-hues, homogenous ceiling pattern and unmatched warmth of natural wood. The urban minimal apartment is welcomed by the midnight muse with capsule shaped mirrors, making the foyer look spacious. An exquisite geometric partition is achieved to create a peaceful prayer setting.

Leading into the living room, the design is etched on the axial notes of reflection and repetition, through chromes, materials and silhouette. Warmly welcoming one into the soothing arrangement, a large living room unfolds into a mahogany of depths translated through circular contoured ceiling design.

Staged so still, the beautiful space oomph’s the mono toned backdrop with chamfered furniture in yellow chromes alluring the warmth.

Sustainable surroundings are achieved with natural pacifiers, a swing to unwind and art to rejoice. Crisp & classic CNC carved partition plays a thin layer and backdrop for television unit, finely unfolding the dining area.

Capturing the classic yet contemporary essence of luxury living room spaces, the adjoined dine-in space displays a parallel vocabulary of elegance. Crafted to precision the wooden dining furniture, flat ceiling with cove lightings and forms are moulded to complement the wall edges formulating a language of circulation.

A homogenous glide into the kitchen is a fine exemplar of neat white materials accentuated with the hints of wooden elements on the flooring & storage cladding.

Inspired by the starkness of powder pinks, a lucid space that offers a seamless integration, the daughter’s bedroom is contemporary infusion of functionality. With earthen fabrication & backdrop, a gentle drop of framed hanging ceiling design, the room sings of evenness.

A guided pattern is identified with grooved wooden finish on the wardrobes and the bed base. The pattern is stretched by an enhanced & customised study area, a simple yet a quality bedroom reflecting the daughter’s style.

Polished marble pours throughout the floor plate, leading to the master bedroom, a redefinition of celebrating minimalism. The fusion of linearity and patterns, the space is sublimed into the dewy yellow traces incorporated in the furnishings. The master bedroom beams in a fashioned palate, a soothing coalesce of wooden cladding to the vibrant fabrics. The space features clean bed back design embossed by art.

An urbane mood board of blue hues & greys give a regal stance with the affluent pendant lights and door handle details. Absorbed in natural light, bedroom accommodates a small seating by the window, roofed by parallel design template. A well poised and fabricated room is pumped with the subtle dressing area and punctured television unit.

Grandmother’s bedroom is infused with classical elements and powder blue swatches. The hues of blue displays a grand show of how classic moldings and patterns could achieve the utmost grace by minimal design integration. Drafted on clean lines, the elegant wardrobes are surged to the wooden television & dressing unit design, radiating a fresh & avid atmosphere. A tailored leather blue headboard parades a serene tale on a white paneled wall. Layered curtains fuse with the soft furnishes, pacifying the uniform layered bedroom.

Bringing outdoors within, the autumn theme of the guest bedroom brings the fresh start of the season into the space. A pastel natural green color bed wall with embossed autumn leaves as art, creates a sense of serenity and organic nature, while crisply wainscoted with fluted grooves add depth and dimension to the wall. Reflecting these grooves in the furniture design, a cohesive look wraps the bedroom gently. Muted earthen colors for the bed furnishings and wooden furniture enhances the ambience. A study setup on the adjacent grey stone cladded wall allows for a functional workspace, perfect for work from home scenarios.

The home is a perfect paradigm of modern minimalism joining design forces with luxury. Richly woven with exclusive grandeur features yet exuding harmony and calmness, the abode sways with the balanced blend of material, colors, design and patterns. The Architect distinctively portrays how a clear vision when imprinted on the spaces, can recite a defined and polished lifestyle. A home where one can escape into the effortlessness of less is more.
