The design concept revolves around a palette of whites, browns, and greys, adorned with subtle black accents. Muted walls create a serene backdrop, while pops of colour and patterns on upholstery infuse vibrancy and character into the living space.
Despite the modest size, the design focuses on creating an illusion of spaciousness. At the same time, thoughtful placement of furniture and the use of neutral tones contribute to an open and airy atmosphere.
The entire front facade of the duplex underwent a thoughtful renovation, resulting in a soothing and classy exterior. The updated facade reflects the modern and minimalistic theme of the interior, thus creating a cohesive and inviting visual appeal.
A standout feature of “The Eclectic Home” is the beautiful wooden staircase that elegantly connects the two floors. This architectural element not only serves its practical purpose but also adds a touch of warmth and sophistication. Acting as a focal point, a minimalist chandelier graces the staircase area, providing ambient lighting and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.
In the living room, a carefully chosen floral sectional sofa takes center stage, infusing the space with a lively and inviting atmosphere. This choice adds a playful contrast to the otherwise subdued colour palette. Recognizing the living room as the heart of the home, a minimalistic 4-seater dining table is incorporated seamlessly, ensuring both functionality and style
All three bedrooms follow a serene design with white walls, white flooring, and wardrobes, creating a tranquil atmosphere.
Ample daylight floods each space, enhancing the overall ambiance.
The master bedroom boasts white Ashwood flooring, thus providing a sophisticated foundation.
The focal point is a bright tan and rattan bed, adding warmth and character to the space.
The predominant shades of whites, browns and greys create a soothing and timeless backdrop, thus allowing for flexibility in personalization through colourful and patterned upholstery.
“The Eclectic Home” is not just a dwelling; it’s also a testament to thoughtful design principles that transform limited space into a modern haven.
The amalgamation of modernity and minimalism, coupled with strategic design choices, makes this duplex apartment a unique and inviting retreat in the heart of Delhi.
