Located in the dynamic and ever-evolving UNO Business Park, our latest project for Kalindi Builders presented a unique opportunity to blend legacy with contemporary sensibilities. The brief was clear: create a workplace that felt aspirational yet grounded, sophisticated yet approachable. At Studio Pushp, we translated this vision into an office that balances design innovation with emotional intelligence where function, form, and feeling coexist in harmony.
The foundation of our design rested on two core values: privacy and elegance. These guiding principles steered every choice, from material selections to spatial composition. To subtly reinforce these values, we introduced fluted glass partitions throughout the office. These partitions serve a dual-purpose allowing light to diffuse naturally while providing a refined sense of privacy. The softly ribbed surface of fluted glass not only lends a tactile quality to the corridors but also introduces a visual rhythm that enhances the overall sophistication of the space.

The reception zone posed a unique design challenge with two massive structural columns obstructing the spatial flow. Rather than hiding them, we chose to celebrate their presence by wrapping them in sleek, curved paneling that turned structural necessity into sculptural opportunity.
The reception desk was designed as a visual centerpiece emerging from the wall in a fluid, unfolding wave-like form. This sculptural gesture adds drama and movement to the space while drawing attention away from the columns.
A handcrafted tissue-based textured art piece, created by a local artist, adorns the desk’s surface offering visitors an unforgettable introduction to the space and setting the tone for what lies beyond.
The material choices reflect a calm, refined elegance. We opted for a beige-forward, warm-toned palette, accented with taupe and ivory shades. These tones not only brighten the interiors but also create a soothing atmosphere that fosters focus and well-being.
The use of natural teakwood in fixed furniture lends durability and richness, while natural veneers across wall paneling provide visual texture and continuity. This earthy, cohesive palette speaks to longevity and timeless taste.
To further enrich the sensory environment, we integrated potted indoor plants throughout the workspace. These living elements enhance the overall harmony and breathe life into corners, corridors, and cabins making the space more pleasant, grounded, and connected to nature.
In an office environment, acoustic control is often underappreciated but absolutely essential. To that end, we conducted acoustic treatments across key zones, especially between cabins and meeting areas.
These interventions allow conversations to remain private, reduce ambient noise, and create a calm, focused atmosphere. It’s an invisible but deeply felt layer of luxury.
Designed as the nucleus of the office, the Managing Director’s cabin embodies command, clarity, and timeless presence. The spatial layout employs strong linear geometry a deliberate move to echo stability and leadership.
We ensured symmetry in the room’s structure and paired it with a palette of dark wood tones, subdued charcoal finishes, and metallic hints, resulting in an ambience of quiet power.
The room’s materiality and form language are finely tuned to reflect the stature and decisiveness of its occupant, while maintaining an air of effortless sophistication.
To contrast the grounded formality of the MD’s cabin, the adjacent cabins intended for the next generation of leadership are designed using a softer, more fluid aesthetic.
We introduced arches, curved furniture edges, and semi-circular contours to signify openness, adaptability, and creativity. These spaces channel a modern urban energy, welcoming innovation while respecting continuity.
The use of organic forms seamless and flowing brings a gentle visual dynamism to the interiors. Every detail, from ceiling curves to spatial partitions, is carefully balanced to maintain unity while offering individual expression.
While the design embraces urban modernity, the spatial organization adheres strictly to Vastu principles. The positioning of cabins, meeting spaces, and utility zones is governed by directional energy flow, allowing for balance and intentional hierarchy. The integration of Vastu doesn’t interrupt the contemporary design language it subtly enhances it, ensuring harmony in both layout and experience.
One of the primary challenges of the site was its low ceiling height, which could have made the interiors feel compressed and confined. Instead, we turned this into an opportunity. By keeping the ceiling treatment flat and clean, and introducing horizontal linear elements across walls and cabinetry, we visually stretched the dimensions of the space.
We opted for lighter tones and a neutral color base, which further amplified the sense of openness. Strategic use of visual focus points such as textured walls, standout furniture pieces, and lighting accents helped guide attention away from the ceiling height and toward more engaging, grounded details. The overall planning was meticulously laid out to ensure that each area felt spacious, breathable, and well-balanced, despite the structural limitations.
This project is more than an office it is a physical manifestation of the values and mindset of Kalindi Builders. It celebrates legacy while embracing change, honors structure while inviting creativity. Every decision was driven by the desire to make the workplace feel personal, approachable, and deeply human.
From the curated acoustics to the calculated spatial planning, from organic aesthetics to intentional material layering, the office reflects a commitment to both experience and excellence. It is a space that supports not just work, but growth, conversation, and quiet determination.
At Studio Pushp, we believe in crafting more than just interiors we shape experiences. And in this collaboration with Kalindi Builders, we found the perfect alignment of trust, vision, and design freedom.
