The house features large glass openings, a hand-crafted terracotta mural, and a magnificent pool. Interiors are neutral with pops of color, minimal yet modern, integrating nature-inspired artwork throughout.
The terracotta artwork by the poolside and the living room’s seamless indoor-outdoor integration. The master bedroom’s design also incorporates outdoor elements like terrazzo tiles, leaf paintings, and a minimalistic study with a tropical feel.

Furthermore, positioned with a pool on the south side, the huge living room seamlessly connects to it, epitomizing indoor outdoor living at its finest.
Adjacent, the dining area extends to a deck, joined by an island kitchen. Thus creating a seamless flow for dining and entertaining.
On this level, a versatile guest room doubles as a study, catering to various needs. Moving further to the upper floor, a central family room serves as the heart of the home, surrounded by three bedrooms.
Among them, is a luxurious master suite with a walk-in closet and attached washroom, offering a haven of comfort and style. Two of the bedrooms access a terrace, providing panoramic views and a serene retreat.
Additionally, crowning the residence, the top floor unveils a serene terrace area, perfect for relaxation and entertainment, completing the Pacific Rivera experience.
Integrating indoor and outdoor spaces while maintaining privacy and security was a key challenge. This was addressed through strategic planning and advanced technology, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.
