Our work of the modern interior design for an intimate office space reflects solutions for the small spaces. In today’s day and age where adding colors in the spaces is largely neutral or pastels, we at Studio Aarth went fierce with colors, starting from the Founder’s/ Director’s Cabin.
This Modern Interior Design for Office Reflects Solutions for Small Spaces | Studio Aarth
As a regular practice in design, the fun experiments with the colors are generally sided towards the activity area / workstation areas for that matter and we wanted to change this running ground rule. We wanted to develop an office that feels warm, but also we wanted to cater to a concept that rebels the statement as small spaces should be in lighter tones.
We not only painted the backdrop but took the paint towards the ceiling as well for the cabin. Moreover, we have also curated a concealed bar in the director’s cabin, which could be easily a conversion starter client’s entertainment.
We began by selecting a color palette that exudes elegance, incorporating rich, muted tones that provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each item was carefully chosen to complement the overall aesthetic, blending seamlessly into the space while adding character and depth.
One of the standout features was the installation of a custom light setting above the workstation, which was adorned with artificial plant creepers. This piece served as a focal point, immediately drawing attention and setting the tone for the rest of the office. Its intricate design underscored the modern yet approachable nature of the space.
To ensure the environment was as functional as it was beautiful, we paid close attention to the layout and flow of the office. Ergonomic furniture, ample storage solutions, and thoughtful placement of workstations ensured that the space was both practical and comfortable for daily use.
In addition to the artwork and artifacts, we incorporated bespoke accessories that reflected the client’s brand and values. The integration of plants and greenery further softened the environment. Thus, bringing a touch of nature indoors and enhancing the overall sense of well-being.
Lighting played a crucial role in enhancing the ambiance. We opted for a mix of functional and contemporary light fixtures, strategically placed to create a soft, inviting glow. This not only highlighted key areas but also added to the lived-in feel of the office. The office looked stunning, and the client was thrilled with the transformation. They noted how the space perfectly embodied their vision and brand identity.
We craft every corner of this office with passion, blending it with high-quality finishes for easy maintenance. We have created this space which is just not warm but welcoming in presence.
