The Tranquil House is a meticulously planned residence that embodies a seamless fusion of cohesive color schemes and striking cool-toned accents, creating an inviting and expansive atmosphere throughout. Designed with a deep understanding of spatial flow, every corner of the house is rated to ensure a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal. Natural light was a defining element in the modern contemporary house design, allowing the interiors to stay bright, airy, and welcoming from dawn to dusk.

The client envisioned a bright, spacious, clutter-free, and easy-to-maintain home that radiates positivity and vibrancy while also entering two essential Vaastu principles. To bring this vision to life, the designer thoughtfully devised a plan that harmoniously integrates functionality, aesthetics, and Vastu compliance, creating a home that is both practical and visually appealing. Every space exudes a sense of balance between contemporary elegance and subtle opulence, focusing on clean lines, luxurious textures, and a harmonious color palette.

The entrance sets the tone with a sleek metal gate with geometric patterns that create a striking first impression. The illuminating plate complements the design with texture, warmth, and sophistication, setting the tone for the elegance within.

Living Cum Dining

The living and dining showcase contemporary elegance while staying highly functional; a soothing neutral palette pairs with a striking accent of cobalt blue and gold. Thus, adding depth and character to the space.

The textured wall panel behind the sofa creates a focal point, while the seamless integration of natural light enhances the overall vibrancy and spaciousness. The dining area features a sleek design with quilted chairs and minimalist furniture exuding sophistication. Additionally, it features thoughtfully curated decor elements and a blend of textures. Moreover, lending the space a refined and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.

Kitchen

A sleek, modern kitchen with soothing blue cabinets and fluted white shutters. The wave-pattern glass backsplash adds an artistic touch with open shells, offering space for curated displays, functional yet stylish. This design blends elegance and practicality.

Vestibule

The passageway exudes a harmonious blend of artistry and minimalism. The integrated embossed door design takes center stage. Additionally, it showcases delicate floral patterns in 3D that add depth and sophistication to the space. The polished floor reflects light beautifully, enhancing the room’s brightness and openness.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom design exudes sophistication with its soft neutral palette and clean lines; the 3-D wall paneling behind the bed adds depth and elegance. Why do the sculptural niches offer a contemporary display for curated decor that is functional yet stylish?

The wardrobes are extended with sleek arched handles blending practicality with modern aesthetics; the room’s ambience is enhanced by natural light, reflecting off the sub finishes and creating a warm, inviting retreat. The word lift TV hardware is an innovative design. Element seamlessly integrates technology into compact spaces.

Guest room

This common bedroom features a modern design with a muted color palette. A green upholstered headboard spans the wall, complementing the white bedding with mustard accents. The sleek wardrobe has rounded green glass details, adding subtle texture. Natural light flows through a large window, creating an airy and inviting space.

A beautifully luxurious common bathroom features Tara walls and flooring. Additionally, it is highlighted by warm recessed lighting that emphasizes the intricate detailing. Moreover, the space is creatively maximized with a floating toilet design and built-in storage niches.

Bold green herringbone tiles in the shower area add a pop of color. However, it creates a perfect balance between modern minimalism and natural warmth. Black hardware accents enhance the contemporary aesthetic, while the embossed wall subtly introduces texture and depth.

Balcony

The balcony area is a serene retreat, featuring textured stone walls and an arched niche that adds depth and elegance. The greenery from the trailing plant and potted foliage brings life to the space, complemented by Kozy over chairs in a glass-top table for relaxation. Digital glass print on the cabinets and hand-printed tiles on the floor enhance the beauty of the balcony. Additionally, the combination of natural elements and modern design creates a cozy corner with a panoramic city view. However, it is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a quiet moment.
