This Clinic In Bangalore Capture the Ethos of Holistic Approach | Yellow Door Architects

Dr. Kushal Banerjee approached us with a unique challenge: to design a space that reflects the innovative spirit of Dr. Kalyan Banerjee’s clinic in Bangalore. As pioneers in advanced homoeopathy, the clinic, now in its fourth generation, is reshaping perceptions and pushing the boundaries of holistic healthcare every day. It was imperative that our design capture this ethos of continual innovation and a holistic approach to science and medicine.

This Clinic In Bangalore Capture the Ethos of Holistic Approach | Yellow Door Architects

Our aim for this clinic in Bangalore was not merely to create a visually appealing space but to craft an environment that promotes healing, comfort, and well-being.

Clinic In Bangalore

Healing Aura

Through thoughtful design choices and meticulous attention to detail, we strive to create a haven where patients can embark on their healing journey with confidence and serenity.

Understanding that patients often enter clinics with preoccupied and worried mindsets, we prioritised creating a space that promotes a sense of ease and tranquillity.

With minimalism at the forefront of our design philosophy, we aimed to minimise visual sensory overload, allowing patients to focus on their healing journey from the moment they walk in.

Clinic In Bangalore

Stepping into the clinic, patients are greeted by a harmonious blend of warm grey flooring and light oak laminate walls. Crisp black lines, in the form of metal profiles, cut through these panels, adding depth and visual interest. The play of materials and meticulous attention to detail create inviting spaces that reflect the clinic’s commitment to patient comfort and well-being.

Legacy of Excellence

The reception table, adorned with black and white quartz, exudes a sense of solidity and elegance—a monolithic centrepiece that sets the tone for the clinic’s design ethos. Tastefully crafted furniture fills the waiting halls, prioritising patient comfort without compromising on style. Behind the seating, a back panel serves as a canvas, showcasing the rich history and heritage of the clinic, reinforcing its legacy of excellence.

Biophilic elements, such as plants and succulents, are thoughtfully integrated throughout the clinic. Thus harnessing the healing power of nature to create a serene and calming environment. Natural light filters in through white Venetian blinds. Meanwhile, carefully placed artificial lighting illuminates the space, striking a balance between functionality and ambiance.

An exquisite art piece by Christina Banerjee graces the clinic. Its soothing presence offers a source of comfort and solace to patients and visitors alike.

Additionally, the artwork, carefully selected to complement the clinic’s aesthetic, serves as a testament to the healing power of creativity and expression.

Sheer Minimalism

Inside the doctor’s chambers, minimalism is continued with stark white surfaces and light oak panels. Thus creating a serene background for patient consultations.

Here, too, carefully curated artwork adds warmth and personality to the space. Thus, fostering a sense of connection and trust between patients and practitioners.
