A minimal thoughts, with minimal requirements client wanted to design their house with few colors and arches. The requirement of one room was a proper livable bedroom and another room was to make a common space, as client is a fashion designer where she can use the space in future with minimal furniture add on.
Editor’s note: In a continuum to achieve better, Paperish a Design Studio has curated elements that make the best out of the spaces with limited area. The color blue marries white, flaunting in unison. The swing attains a minimal appearance, tying the room together. The colors are the highlight of this home, from the pastel mint green of the kitchen to the bedroom in pink, ideas don’t seem to run out of creativity here. ~ Nishal Sevak
This Apartment Shows Ardent Affection for Arches | Paperish a Design Studio
Entrance of the house has a hanging shoe rack with a bold buddha art piece, adjacent with a flush fluted wall to hide the sudden entry of the bedroom.
The sofa wall with shimmering textured touch and a POP accent design is giving beauty to bold zebra strips black and white sofa.
The long photo-wall was client’s strong choice. We added Lil moulding to it to enhance the simplicity of that wall.
Hidden bar unit wall has its own charm. When you open the shutters of the unit the back lit alabaster backdrop is giving a wow look to the bar unit.
When you enter the bedroom from flushed door you see the artistic wall hand painted by few artists in a tropical theme with enhanced pink bathroom door is a whole eye-catching wall.
And in the opposite wall it reflects from the double mirror is giving a room little more perspective.
Another room requirement was to let it be open for future uses. So, we added a long fluted green glass wardrobe to give a longer look and a flowing concept on the wall to show an artistic look.
The shape of the mirror with a chair was enough gesture and need but that was more giving characteristic to the space.
We added a temple in a unique way with hanging rods and a designer shutter to the temple. It is carved in the thick wood and contours were polished in natural colour to give it a raw look.
