  • This Apartment Contemporary Design Showcases Metropolitan Sophistication | Studio ARID

The family desired an opulent and tastefully flavored home, with a hint of metropolitan sophistication and richness mixed in with comfort and homeliness for the apartment’s contemporary design.

The apartment’s design aims to create a refined atmosphere, classic beauty, and modern elegance. As a result, lavish materials in exquisite hues have been employed, which radiate grandeur and tell stories with a theme in each location. The living area needed to be welcoming and compelling to highlight the uniqueness and personalities of its distinguished residents. The design team experimented with the curved ceiling shape and included a color combination of ivory, white, and grey hues in the furniture, furnishings, artwork, and accessories.

    Living Room

The false ceiling design in the living room creates a pattern reminiscent of the unpredictable water flow along the shoreline. Behind the sofa, the monotone wallpaper with a tropical theme gives the interior design a pleasant touch. Moreover, a square coffee table with sides composed of quilted leatherite fabric, an Italian stone top. Additionally, an L-shaped corner sofa with wing sofa chairs makes up the living room’s furnishings.

A floating, low-height console with a PU paint finish, shelves for ornamentation, and stone cladding enhances the TV panel. Moreover, the fluidic pattern flows throughout the entire space’s design. Furthermore, the curves in patterns define every single aspect of the living room’s design.

    Dining Area

Modern dining room decor in white and grey hues. With a big window opening on the eastern side, the mirrored paneling adds depth to the room while spotlighting the dining area and the resin artwork on the opposite wall. A fluted glass slider in matte gold finish aluminium separates the dining room and living area.

A sliding shutter made of fluted glass separates the dining area and conceals itself within the mirror paneling in the space. Furthermore, the kitchen space features a Hafele ceiling-mounted chimney and an island counter for cooking. Grey glossy acrylic sheets complete modular shutters.

    Puja Area

A highlighter wall cladding in ribbed tiles and an Italian stone border with a waterfall at the top are features of the Pooja wall design. When performing puja, the sound of the water creates a peaceful atmosphere. Moreover, the back of the console features a bespoke design etched on a toughened glass panel, and the white PU console showcases rounded corners.

    Master Bedroom

The parent’s room is thoughtfully constructed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. It has a high bed back made of two layers of fabric with a contemporary pattern, a wardrobe finished in satin laminate the same color as the bed, shelves that seem like wood, and fluted louver paneling on the bed back wall that extends to the ceiling. Additionally, warm color schemes combine expertly with minimalist design concepts to create a calming atmosphere.

    Bedroom 1 (Grey and White)

The room effectively blends opulent accents with industrial components to produce a distinctive and alluring living space. Additionally, the bedroom features a fabric texture print laminated wardrobe, a matte aluminium profile glass shutter, and stylish blacks and greys.

However, the room now has textural interest thanks to the stone-textured grey wall panels. With its full-height window, this bedroom offers a view of the city.

    Bedroom 2 (Blue and White)

The vibrant and classic combination of blues, greys, whites, and light browns is explored in the bedroom. Additionally, to create a seamless and well-balanced appearance, the tufted bed back mimics the wall’s fluted paneling.

In addition, every room has a distinctive concept and custom color palette designed to satisfy the particular needs of discriminating customers. The entire project’s design concept was thoughtfully considered and drew inspiration from contemporary living.

    Balcony

Aluminium profile lighting and wooden PVC louvres in the ceiling are complemented with vitrified wooden lookalike plank tiles on the floor. Rope furniture in grey is used for the furniture beside fibreglass planters in beige color. Easy-to-maintain indoor leafy plants like money plants, dracaena fragrans, and philodendron ceylon for vertical green walls.
