This 4bhk House Design Explore The Fringes Of Modern-Contemporary Setting | Intaglio Design
The blueprint conveys the common areas placed at the former end while the intimate and private corners go at the back of the entrance. Accessible through a flight of stairs and an elevator placed right at the foyer, the main door opens up to a mélange of blended styles.
Immersed in a palette of whites and beige, the design team envisioned the living room to carry its conductance the Japandi way. Enriched with the streaming natural light through the blinds, an immediate feeling of calm engulfs one – a sign to leave worldly worries right at the doorstep.
The expansive seating observes a C-shaped made to perfection by the stunning pieces of furniture. The peace territory is centered through an art piece with black and white Corian stone and resin. The TV unit comprises a pastel creation out of MDF paneling.
The concept of the former living area transpires to use natural materials. Light-wood belt of veneer on the ceiling marks the circulation space of the room.
When it comes to designing a space as personal as a home, placing trust and faith in the ones designing is a sign of utmost drive.
This corner speaks of relaxation with Zen arches carved at the back. It curves down to make an ideal backdrop for the impressive curved couch.
The living separates from the rest of the house through a sliding partition. Designed from fluted glass and aluminum sections, this modern addition makes up for a contemporary design insert, ensuring a smooth transition.
The kitchen stands as a testament to boldness and change. Facing the dining, it is smeared in granite with laminated surfaces in shades of pastel orange. The combination compliments each other, embossing a playful mood for the space. The entire central zone carries a tone of pop and surprise that sets it apart and establishes a different stupor from the rest of the house.
Beyond the partition, the dining area is in open courts with a kitchenette. The craftsmanship of the dining console traces the nature of marble and wood while the seating pieces are lined with leather. The space is dipped in the shade of off-white, putting the entire room in a state of serenity.
The six-seater unit gives a peek of a stand- alone and arched wash area scooped out from the wall. The olive tint catches attention in a second with its mosaic tiles making up for its luxurious appeal. The veins of the marble sort of break the silence, with their gentle blend of colors, adorned with magnetic track lights and a stunning piece of artwork that ties the entire space together.
Besides it, a pooja space accompanies the setting detached from the expanse through a foldable door. The divine sensitivity of this zone is captured in the shade of deep orange, highlighted through the concealed luminescence of warm yellow.
The belt is surrounded by private areas around it, the master bedroom is located on one end of the kitchen.
The bedding speaks of refined and subtle luxury with a wrapping bed back, encasing the leather side tables.
The back support is a sleek creation, completing the entire look that the fluted paneling sets. The linear dressing faces the bed and at the end lies a dressing table.
On the other side of the kitchen lies the kid’s bedroom, There are subtle indications that couple’s son inherits this bedroom. Yet, it holds the grounds for modern and functional design.
The arch hosts the bed, welcoming with its surfaces that have playful cutouts, from the shelf to the ottoman and the mirror.
The guest bedroom measures simplistic, it feels expansive and accommodating due to its quality of reflecting positivity. The rust-colored bed back introduces charm. The team of designers opted for customization for that touch of personal belonging in each space.
Apartment 502 traces its edges of an aesthetic stature that makes up for a functional and ideal space for living and spending the rest of the lives here, with ease.
