Having assembled a thoughtful and colorful palette of material finishes. The brief from the client was to make a home which would be easy to maintain and yet have a WOW factor.

    Variety of textures add a twist to the entrance foyer and living area, where bold colors punch up its modern simplicity. The rich material palette highlighted the hues of beige, copper, wooden and greens which feels one to connect with nature.

    The ceiling designs of Entrance Foyer & Dining area is most loved by us, clients  and one who see that, which we tried in double gypsum sheet concept.

    The residence has a formal entrance and living area, parent’s room, dining area, pooja and a kitchen on the lower level.

    A central triple heighted courtyard connects all three floors at the same time.

    On the upper level, there are the master – suite along with a terrace garden, a guest room and son’s bedroom suite.

    On the next level, there are two daughter’s room suites with balconies and an entertainment room.

    The home resonates luxury yet has a homely feel. Pavitra and Associates is a multidisciplinary design practice established in 2009. Based in Khargone, the practice has conceived and executed various projects in the field of Architecture and Interior design.

    Our firm’s design philosophy is complemented by a meticulously developed system of detailing that simplifies the process of construction management leading to smooth culmination of the projects we undertake.

    The focus of the firm is to provide a unique design solution for project with emphasis on client satisfaction , incorporating the latest that technology has to offer.

    Major materials are Wooden, copper & a touch of green  in each room to feel ones to connect with natural shades.
