Comprising three bedrooms, this 3BHK residence spans across a generous 1344 sq.ft and accommodates a close-knit family of five, including the loving couple, their two children’s and their cherished grand-father. For the Patel family’s abode, our team of architects and designers has fashioned an inviting haven that seamlessly mirrors the family’s distinctive lifestyle and individuality. Within the canvas of minimalism, the brief tendered by the family has been thoughtfully woven into the rich tape story of contemporary and Indian-folk aesthetics, culminating in a unique expression of Indic-Bohemian and contemporary design.

Central to the family’s life, the living room exudes warmth and welcome, reflecting the family’s spirit. Adorned with a TV console, a plush sofa ensemble draped in brown & blue fabric with a highlighted wall, a tea table, elegant curtains, and a veneer-clad mandir, the living room is an embodiment of comfort and style. The foyer, boasting a safety door, ensures privacy and security.

In the culinary heart of the home, the kitchen has been masterfully crafted to cater to the culinary whims of the Patel family. Impeccably designed, it seamlessly harmonizes form and function, boasting top-tier appliances, abundant storage, and efficient workstations. The wooden partition that gracefully separates the kitchen from the dining area carves a unique, open space, ideal for hosting grand gatherings. Natural materials such as MDF and PU, alongside a color scheme characterized by white and blue, combine to create a warm and inviting ambiance. A 6-seater dinning with marble top is the major piece in dinning area.

The master bedroom is a sanctuary designed for comfort and functionality. Anchored by a king-sized bed, the room is further complemented by a spacious wardrobe, an elegant dressing table, a bedside table, and a study table.

The design ethos emphasizes clean lines and a soothing color palette, engendering a tranquil ambiance.

The parent’s room has been meticulously designed to create an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality. It features a comfortable bed, ample wardrobe space, a side table, and a stylish dressing table. Minimalist design principles are seamlessly woven into a warm color scheme, evoking a soothing ambiance.

The kid’s room serves as a versatile space, equally suited for work and relaxation. Outfitted with a sofa-cum-bed, a functional study desk, a capacious wardrobe, and a bookshelf, this room embodies a perfect blend of practicality and aesthetic charm. The utilization of natural materials, such as wood and smoke veneer, bestows the room with warmth and texture.

Materials used in this home decor endeavor encompass wood, PU, MDF and veneer. The chosen color scheme revolves around white, yellow, and brown, imparting a cozy and inviting aura throughout the residence. The art pieces are smartly choose which acts like cherry on the cake.
