The design of Litomatic’s office headquarters was an exciting opportunity to bring to life the essence of a light automation company. Designed by Kinjal Kothari and Pranali Patkar, the 4,500-square-foot office headquarters seamlessly integrates technology with a minimalistic yet sophisticated aesthetic, embodying Litomatic’s vision of innovation and precision.

The project includes director’s cabins, meeting rooms, a reception area, a mandir room, an open workspace, seven HR cabins, and a light display area—each designed with purpose and precision.
From the moment one steps into the reception area, the ambiance is calm and welcoming. The reception was designed to be a space where first impressions reflect Litomatic’s core—efficiency and elegance.
The subtle use of materials, combined with soft lighting, immediately sets the tone for the rest of the office.
Moving into the heart of the workspace, the open floor plan accommodates 30 people, promoting collaboration while maintaining a sense of individual focus.
The open workspace is designed for functionality, while the meeting rooms and R&D areas ensure an inspiring and productive environment.
These spaces strike a balance between minimal design and high performance, where clean lines and neutral tones amplify concentration without overwhelming the senses.
One of the highlights of the project is the showroom, which was meticulously crafted to draw attention to the array of lighting solutions by Litomatic.
The lighting display area is where form meets function—lights become the focal point, illuminating the space in a way that captivates and educates visitors on the brand’s innovation in lighting technology.
The director’s cabins, meanwhile, stand out for their sophisticated aesthetic. However, designed with a refined palette and carefully curated furniture, these cabins exude leadership and elegance.
Moreover, the subtle incorporation of Litomatic’s innovative lighting systems adds to the overall grandeur. This makes the spaces a perfect blend of comfort and authority.
One of the most significant design challenges we faced was the absence of natural light within the office. However, this limitation became an opportunity to push the boundaries of lighting design.
By using Litomatic’s state-of-the-art lighting solutions, we created an office environment that feels bright and open, despite the lack of sunlight. Overall, these innovative solutions simulate natural light, elevating the mood and productivity levels throughout the day.
The Litomatic HQ embodies minimalism and innovation in every corner. It’s a workspace that not only reflects the company’s identity but also elevates it, making it a place where ideas thrive under the perfect illumination.
