The design of the office is inspired by a painting by Wassily Kandinsky. The lines, colours, shapes, composition, balance, imbalance, intersections and divisions – all of these parameters are decoded and deciphered from one of Kandinsky’s untitled paintings and later materialised to conceptualise the overall available space.

The result is an abstract three dimensional interpretation of the ideas that Kandinsky tried to project in his work. Every corner is carefully thought out and various compositions of lines and shapes is used to create a feeling as if one is actually inside a painting.
There are tables hung from the ceiling and the design of the flooring reflects the elements of furniture in the space.
Spatially, the space is designed to create elements that are floating so that the overall space does not look cluttered. The design is rooted in its context and cannot be replicated anywhere else.
“Every work of art is the child of it’s age and, in many cases, the mother of our emotions. It follows that each period of culture produces an art of its own which can never be repeated.”– Wassily Kandinsky.
