This 3600 sq.ft. floor layout embodies an aesthetic home with a spacious yet minimalist appeal, carefully balancing simplicity with intricate design details and high-end materials. The result is a warm, inviting space that seamlessly combines functionality and elegance. The material palette reflects a harmonious blend of exotic wooden veneers, muted wall tones, polished finishes, mural wallpapers, and contemporary furniture pieces. Each element complements the overall ambience, creating a cohesive and visually captivating interior. The design unfolds in a contemporary language, where Scandinavian simplicity meets the warmth of a modern cozy setting.
The Elegance of This Aesthetic Home Lies in Its High-End Materials and Clean Lines | Studio Niva
The layout’s design elements shine as you enter the common area, where a striking mural wallpaper framed with slim metal detailing in brushed gold SS frame serves as a focal backdrop for the formal drawing room.
The foyer features a curved veneer wall paired with a sleek bar cabinet and mirror cladding, setting a tone of understated luxury in the dining space for the home.
These elements are unified with an ivory and taupe palette that beautifully contrasts with subtle veneer ceiling accents and the curved veneer wall.
The thoughtful arrangement of the dining, bar, lounge, and drawing room ensures a seamless flow of spaces, while luxury furniture with metal detailing enhances the overall opulence of the space.
In contrast, the kitchen adopts a sophisticated monotone of grey-and-black colour palette. Slim Laminam tiles seamlessly enhance the walls, while decorative lighting over the breakfast counter adds a functional yet aesthetic appeal to the space.
The bedrooms are designed to exude warmth and subtle sophistication. Highlights include a dyed ash veneer-backed panel with protruded beading in the fourth bedroom, complemented by soft furnishings and furniture in well-coordinated tones. These elements create a modern yet pleasant environment that enhances the overall elegance.
In another bedroom soft curves with scalloped details in muted off-white tones and warm materials like dyed eucalyptus veneers dominate the design along with cantilevered antique metal accents further elevating the space.
The furniture has been carefully curated and customized to enhance the sophistication of each space. In certain areas, plush quilted suedes and bouclé fabrics introduce a sense of softness, while in others, leatherette has been used to create a more structured and bold aesthetic.
Soft furnishings, such as curtains and cushions, have been thoughtfully layered and positioned to bring depth, texture, and character to the interiors. With abundant natural light streaming in, the space feels fresh, inviting, and effortlessly cozy.
This design celebrates minimalism with subtle luxury, offering a living experience that is both contemporary and timeless.
The powder room exudes elegance with its all-white marble finish. Additionally, a corner window framing lush vertical greens and a decorative pendant light enhances the visual charm.
All other washrooms are also clad in fine Italian marbles with intricate groove details. Additionally, each includes an elegantly designed dresser and vanity as an integral part of the space.
The shaft wall, often overlooked, has been thoughtfully treated with green plants. As a result, it transforms from a purely functional element to an aesthetic value addition to the home.
