Step House is a contemporary family residence conceived as a composition of layered volumes, interconnected levels, and thoughtfully crafted living spaces. The name reflects the home’s architectural character—where each level unfolds progressively, creating a dynamic relationship between built form, open terraces, balconies, and landscaped courts.

The architecture is defined by clean lines, floating horizontal planes, and a restrained material palette of textured stone, glass, and warm wood accents. A prominent double-height glazed element introduces natural light deep into the home, while deep overhangs and stepped outdoor spaces establish a seamless connection between architecture and nature.
Internally, the residence embraces a warm contemporary aesthetic. Natural materials, soft neutral tones, and refined detailing create spaces that are both elegant and comfortable. Expansive openings frame views of the outdoors, allowing daylight to become an integral part of the living experience.
Organized across multiple levels, the home carefully balances social and private zones, offering intimate family spaces alongside generous areas for gathering and recreation.
The stepped planning, combined with terraces and balconies, creates a sense of movement and openness throughout the residence.
Step House is an exploration of simplicity, light, and spatial layering—a home that celebrates contemporary living through thoughtful design, timeless materials, and a strong connection to its surroundings.
