This modern villa is a renovation project that is designed with a contemporary touch; it’s a haven for seven. “SAMKIT.”.
The living room setting forms a captivating backdrop for a naked gray-toned sofa and veneer-finished walls. Moreover, to add some pop, a mustard lounger has been added.
On the perpendicular wall, pride of the room, Italian marble takes its seat as a TV unit. The introduction of this design features the grandness and connectivity of the space with the dining area, family room, and the huge private lawn.
The carvings and detailed craftsmanship of the mandir highlight traditional Indian artistry, while the polished surfaces reflect light, creating a divine ambiance.
Moreover, the dining area is visible through the sliding glass partition from the living room and features a cemented dining table. Crio Concrete has depicted the designer’s thoughts by their artistry, paired with upholstered chairs. Furthermore, the basin here made with the material as the dining top and backdrop of Italian marble catches all the focus.
The kitchen is kept elegantly simple with the center island. Colors here have been used soothingly to keep the calmness all over the space.
The informal space for the family welcomes with the most vibrantly colored hand-painted artwork; everything else is kept subtle. Additionally, this area is all open to dining space.
KALAKARI HAATH customized a backlit wallpaper, adding a luxurious touch. A stylish four-poster bed with a soft green upholstered headboard. Additionally, the room’s layout includes wooden doors, a built-in shelving unit with art pieces, and a plush area rug from Jaipur Rugs.
The intricately carved wooden panel on the headboard wall serves as the focal point, showcasing a symmetrical motif inspired by the LOK SABHA. Moreover, it adds a touch of heritage craftsmanship. Flanking the bed is a sensational vertical mirror, framed with detailed woodwork that complements the headboard.

Practicality meets style with the built-in wardrobe, featuring cane detailing that adds texture and a natural element to the sleek design, creating a cohesive look. Overall, this bedroom combines functionality with stylish design elements. Thus, creating a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing retreat.
The custom headboard, in shades of pink and blue, stands out against a soft blue accent wall, creating a cozy yet dynamic focal point. Handcrafted work of OMBRE effect on the front wall continues to the ceiling.
