Inside A Luxury Mumbai Apartment With Timeless Charm | Gaurav Kharkar & Associates
Upon entering the apartment, the seamless flow between spaces immediately strikes the visitor. The open-plan layout creates a sense of expansiveness, with clear zoning ensuring each area serves its intended purpose while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. The living area, strategically positioned at the heart of the home, serves as both an informal and formal gathering space. Layers of textured fabric, soft curves, and delicate Murano glass lights create an ambience that is at once cozy and stylish.
A classical-style bust on a white fluted pedestal, along with a vintage-style bicycle, blends the classical and modern design elements around the staircase area. The open mandir is simply cordoned off by these gorgeous carved rust-colored pillars that add an offbeat twist to the rather modern living room.
The dining area is perfectly wrapped around in a half-and-half proportion of veneer and fluted white stone. Handpicked His and Her flower/cherry bouquet art on the fluted wall accentuates this cozy space.
The multipurpose room has an interesting vibe with a tan sofa placed against the warm wooden scalloped panels where an intricate molding panel breaks the monotony.
The master bedroom showcases bespoke layered curve-edged panel finished in white PU and the backdrop accentuated with natural textures of green open-grain stone. The metal details and cushioned headrest in velvet with a pop of dull teal color add interest to the space.
The lounge area of the master bedroom has a green sofa with matching cushions, set against a textured wall featuring hexagonal patterns and decorative heart artifact along with an ornate white molding creating an arch-like design.
A modern home office setup in the bedroom features a sleek wall-mounted white desk with gold accents and customized legs. Also, featuring a stylish teal chair with gold legs, and a shelf for both aesthetics and functionality.
The son’s bedroom is a harmonious blend of modern minimalism and playful elegance. Further, characterized by a clean, streamlined aesthetic with bold geometric patterns and a carefully selected color palette.
In the daughter’s bedroom, finds full-height inward fluted panel is finished in lacquered dull pink with a corner L-shaped detail, finished in white mosaic for a side table. Moreover, the study area has clean lines and ample hidden storage behind the pink panel of the bed back.
Crafted in a romantic and charming view, designed with a creamy blush pink arch with delicate gold accents. Acting as a striking base for the hand-painted tree branches, light blush pink flowers blooming, and birds sitting atop.
