  • In This 1500 sq. ft. Bohemian Home, Every Space Exudes a Tropical Vibe | Framed Inch Interior Design Studio

Evara was born from a vision to create a home that feels like a pause button in the midst of an ever-moving city. Rooted in the calming essence of nature and the free-spirited character of bohemian style, this 1500 sq. ft. residence was imagined as a retreat. It is a place where every corner whispers of comfort, creativity, and connection.

    Client Brief

From the very first conversation with the client, it was clear that Evara needed to be more than a collection of rooms. It had to be a living, breathing space that would reflect their personality. A home that would hold their memories and nurture their daily life. This was about crafting an experience that would feel timeless yet deeply personal.

    Moodboard

The starting point for Evara was an emotion rather than a style board. We imagined what it would feel like to walk into a space that instantly eases your shoulders, slows your heartbeat, and draws you into its quiet warmth. Nature became our compass, the muted tones of earth, the fluidity of organic forms, and the tactility of raw, honest materials guided our choices.

    Bohemian Style

We embraced a bohemian spirit not as a fleeting trend but as a mindset. The idea was to celebrate individuality, stories, and imperfections. The goal was never to create a showroom-perfect home, but rather a space layered with textures, patterns, and objects. We wanted elements that feel collected over time, each carrying its own history and soul.

    1500 sq. ft.

    Color Palette

Evara’s color palette is soft and grounded, gentle beiges, muted greens, warm terracotta accents, and occasional deeper shades for balance. These tones were chosen not only for their beauty but for their emotional resonance, evoking calm and comfort.

    1500 sq. ft.

    Material Palette

Materials became storytellers in their own right: the warmth of natural wood grains, the lightness of rattan, the softness of linen and cotton, and the artisanal charm of handcrafted ceramics. Every surface invites touch, every texture adds depth, and every detail was considered for how it would feel to live with it.

    1500 sq. ft.

    Living Space

Spatially, Evara flows with intention. The common areas open up to invite togetherness, while the private rooms cocoon their inhabitants in serenity. The living area feels like the heart of the home filled with warm light, grounded by earthy furniture, and enriched with art that feels personal rather than staged.

    Dining Area

The dining area, an effortless extension, is designed to encourage slow, lingering conversations rather than rushed meals.

    Bedroom One

The bedrooms are retreats within a retreat, each with its own distinct personality. This bedroom is a soft cocoon, with airy drapery, earthy tones, and minimal but meaningful furniture.

    Bedroom Two

This bedroom carries a subtle tropical spirit, with beige botanical wallpaper, fresh green accents, and layers of texture that balance freshness with timelessness.

    Bedroom Three

Bedroom Three plays with warm monotone peach shades, a fluid mirror, and watercolor-like wallpaper that creates a dreamlike calm.

    Detailed Elements

But what truly defines Evara are the details. The gentle curve of a ceramic vase, the weave of a casually draped throw, the imperfect rim of a handmade bowl, none of these are afterthoughts. Every light fixture was chosen not just to illuminate but to set a mood. Every handle, every textile, every finish was selected for the way it feels in the hand, not just for the way it looks.

    A True Retreat

Evara was designed to be lived in. To host friends over chai on the balcony, to curl up with a book on the sofa, to walk barefoot across warm wooden floors on a quiet Sunday morning. It’s a home that invites its people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the world outside.

    Timeless Memories

For us, the success of Evara lies in the lived moments: the unhurried breakfasts, the spontaneous laughter, the evenings where music drifts through open windows. The space is a canvas for the family’s evolving story, ready to welcome new memories and new layers over time.

    A Relaxing Space

At its core, this 1500 sq. ft. is about peace that hums gently in the background of your life. It’s about authenticity, honesty, and the beauty of the imperfect. It’s about walking in after a long day and feeling your shoulders drop, your breath slow, and your mind unclench.

For us, Evara is a deep breath, a grounding touch, and a quiet reminder that the best spaces are the ones that make you feel.
