    Located in Ahmedabad, SJM design consultant designed a residence with a simple cuboidal structure with a pop of brick façade to greet you.

    Formerly, this modern residence, called ‘The Pavra’s House’ is located in a densely packed neighborhood of South Bopal area in the Ahmedabad city.

    The exterior face

    The exterior boasts captivating elements such as the brick façade along with minimal lines. Mainly, this exterior design balances the desire for natural light with needs for privacy and security.

    This contemporary bungalow exterior design uses a lot of clean lines and uses various materials. A beautiful mix of materials and textures, such designs indeed play with your senses and offer themselves as places you can’t help falling in love with!

    This meticulously designed house overall exemplifies a perfect balance between context, functionality, and aesthetics, offering a sanctuary that seamlessly integrates with its environment.

    The interiors

    Inside, the interiors are meticulously designed to cater the needs as well as create a space with timeless elegance.

    The living area has a minimalistic swing which exudes an air of informality and creates an alluring affect in every moment. 

    The main focal point of the house is the dining space which has a beautiful double height cut-out.

    This created a place to gather and creates a flow which adds a charming affinity to the space. 

    The bedrooms are basically designed in a way that creates a refreshing ambience, where tranquility, functionality and capaciousness maintains.

    The bedrooms on the first floor are basically connected by a space which truly infuses the space with a fresh breath of vibrancy.

    Each and every area of the abode, presents design with the presence of sleek lines and overall aesthetic appeal which leads in elevating the spirits of the inhabitants.
