As you step through the main door you are greeted by an exotic marble piece hanging by the wall in front, which is backlit spilling out light from within its natural grains. The entire living and dining space is bathed in natural light, thanks to the opposite arrangement of large windows.
The colour palette in here is a blend of neutral greys and white tones, along with brown veneer shades adding to the warm ambiance and allowing the furniture and artwork to work in the background.
The living room also boasts of a jhulla, strategically arranged to encourage conversation and relaxation. The walls are adorned with tastefully curated art pieces, adding personality and charm to the space.
The laser lights enhance the ambiance, while carefully placed accent lights highlight interior features and create a cozy atmosphere during evenings.
Adjacent to the dining space, is a semi-open kitchen where a contemporary breakfast table and chairs provide a stylish setting for memorable gatherings with family and friends.
Next to the breakfast table, a statement spout in rose gold finish hangs from above, spilling water in the wash basin filled with white gravels concealing the drain coupler.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, combining functionality with sleek design. Custom cabinetry offers ample storage space, which is finished in grey acrylic along with a turquoise blue insert acting as the pop colour in the neutral background. Clean lines and minimalist details create a modern and uncluttered ambiance.
The master suite is a haven of tranquillity, featuring a spacious layout, a four poster bed, and a seating area for relaxation.
Soft, muted blue colour has been used to create a serene atmosphere, while carefully chosen rustic grey wall tiles add texture to the room.
The ensuite bathroom is a sanctuary of indulgence, with a spacious walk-in shower, contemporary fixtures and onyx effect tiles in black and grey tones that exude elegance.
The daughter’s bedroom in the home has been designed in a way that utilizes colour play, with a statement floral wallpaper backdrop to the bed which becomes the focal point of the room.
The guest bedroom has been designed in minimum tones of greys and black with a pop coloured wallpaper as the bed backdrop. Comfortable beds, ample storage, and well-curated bathrooms ensure that every occupant enjoys their own private haven.
We also carved out a private terrace space designed with a wooden plank theme, such that the occupants can enjoy an evening tea with breath of fresh air offering ultimate relaxation.
In summary, the Parekh House exemplifies refined luxury and effortless style.
