Atulyaksh is a purpose-built corporate workspace designed for MYCPE One, envisioned as a modern, efficient, and employee-first office environment. Conceived as more than just an office building, Atulyaksh represents the organisation’s ambition to build a globally relevant brand rooted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project stands as a reflection of how thoughtful spatial planning, wellness-driven amenities, and contemporary design can together support performance, collaboration, and long-term organisational growth.
A Purpose-Built Workspace Designed to Enhance IEQ | Saara Spaces LLP
“The designers spread the corporate house across a basement, ground floor, four typical floors, and a fully activated terrace level, designing it to accommodate evolving work cultures, particularly catering to Gen Y and Gen Z employees, while keeping it functional, scalable, and timeless.”
MYCPE One’s leadership strongly believes that people are the core of the organisation. From the earliest discussions, it was clear that the new corporate house needed to prioritise employee well-being, flexibility, and energy—sometimes even over maximising workstation count. This belief became the foundation of the design approach.
The vision was to create a highly efficient, employee-centric workspace that not only supports daily operational requirements but also enhances productivity, encourages collaboration, and promotes physical and mental well-being. Saara Spaces translated this vision into a spatial narrative that balances performance-driven planning with warmth, comfort, and a strong sense of community.
The client’s organizational structure and way of working strongly influence the project, and the designers derive the zoning from the functional hierarchy and daily operational flow.
The ground floor accommodates leadership and high-footfall functions, including manager cabins, director cabins, conference rooms, and a 70-pax auditorium. It also houses the CCTV surveillance room, enabling easy access, effective supervision, and smooth client interaction.
Workstations begin from the second floor onwards, ensuring a focused and quieter work environment. Dedicated Zoom meeting cabins, a 7-seater meeting room, lockers, and breakout zones support each floor, promoting flexibility and collaboration.
The first floor is dedicated to employee well-being, housing the gym and zumba studio with associated changing facilities.
The terrace is envisioned as a social and recreational hub, with a 150-pax staff canteen and a 40-seater executive lounge. It also includes a 15-seater presidential lounge for directors, reinforcing interaction, relaxation, and organizational bonding.
