Apartment-802 – Contemporary minimalist style very similar to modern interior design involves using the essentials to create a simple and uncluttered space. It’s characterized by simplicity, clean lines, and a monochromatic palette with color used as an accent. It usually combines an open floor plan, lots of light, and functional furniture, and it focuses on the shape, color and texture of just a handful of essential elements. Interiors tend to showcase space rather than things. Apartment 802 is a minimal contemporary apartment that combines natural elements, functional spaces, and a subdued color palette to create a serene and modern living environment.

Using a monochromatic color palette, a great way to bring warmth to the space is by incorporating different shades and mixing textures. Grains, wood, white and concrete elements/textures create overall visual interest.
The modern contemporary theme that marries the elegance of grey and white with a hint of green, and incorporates the tactile charm of cane and the opulence of wood, results in a space that is nothing short of captivating.
Timeless and sophisticated, this drawing space strikes a harmonious balance between style and comfort, where every element has been thoughtfully chosen to contribute to the overall aesthetic. The combination of clean lines, natural textures, and a well-balanced color palette elevates this interior design project to a realm of refined beauty that will stand the test of time.
The next stop is the living area. In the living room, a stunning tan sofa becomes the focal point, adding a vibrant pop of color against the texture paint wall as backdrop. Its sleek design and clean lines contribute to the apartment’s contemporary aesthetic, while the tan hue injects energy and personality into the space.
Art and decor pieces are the soul of the home interior. It personalizes the space by displaying artwork, photographs, and mementos that hold sentimental value. One of the requirements from the client was that they wanted to display their art collections. Hence we created a display wall near dining.
The heart of the house and the architect’s personal favorite area is the puja. With a fusion of rich heritage and contemporary elements, this puja captivates the essence of traditional pichwai art. The core objective was to infuse the traditional aesthetics while ensuring a seamless blend with modern functionality.
We embarked on an extensive research journey, delving into the intricate details of traditional architecture, art, and culture. The two-shutter door is done in wood with traditional Pichwai paintings and inlays. The main temple wall is beautifully done in corian, the side wall has pichwai art with stunning colors; aptly framed by wooden arches-an eloquent space and yet so simplistic.
The foundation of this modern kitchen design lies in the use of light beige color. Beige exudes elegance, simplicity, and versatility, making it an ideal choice for creating a visually appealing and airy space. The smooth and seamless surfaces add a touch of sophistication to the kitchen while maintaining a clean and clutter-free look.
To further elevate the kitchen’s sophistication, wall cabinets with fluted black profile glass shutters take center stage. The combination of black and light beige creates a striking visual contrast that exudes contemporary elegance.
The master bedroom is more than just a place to rest; it’s a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. When it comes to designing the perfect master bedroom, combining comfort and style is essential. A sophisticated design that features modern wallpaper with gold mirror, and elegant golden T beading profile accent.
These exquisite combinations create a haven of luxury and tranquility. The room with its soothing and neutral tone, sets the foundation for a calm atmosphere, making it ideal for a restful sleep environment.
Designing a kids’ bedroom is a delightful task that requires creativity, functionality, and a touch of magic. The color scheme of a bedroom plays a significant role in setting the tone and ambiance. Pink and white color theme is a wonderful way to create a tranquil yet lively space for the client’s little ones.
Functionality and versatility are essential aspects of kids’ bedroom design, especially considering their rapid growth and changing needs.
The architect has functionally divided the room in two parts, so that both kids can have their own personal space. This beautifully designed guest bedroom space features exquisite wallpaper.
One is greeted in the guest bedroom with a calm vibe. It is Compact yet commodious. Just by simplifying the color palette, the room maintains the tranquility of the space.
