  • Unique & Bespoke Apartment With A Gleam Of Opulence | AVJ CREATIVE STUDIO

    The project which I am sharing is a luxurious 4bhk apartment situated in Mangalore. The aim was to transform the space into unique & bespoke apartment with a gleam of opulence. This apartment represents luxury with simplicity. We have used materials like onyx marble, veneer (matt finish), deco paint, etc to add some glimmer we have used brass trimmings in furniture throughout the residence, over all we have tried to blend shades of pastel colour using clean lines & geometric shapes in furniture to create high end luxurious home.

    Entrance was planned in such a way that the users can feel a subtle transition from a living room to the dining area and bedrooms. What’s more beautiful than a good glance of monk’s sculpture at the entrance with a simple rustic wallpaper as a backdrop. The potted plants placed on either side of the sculpture help evoke a sense of liveliness in the space.

    The living room is simply furnished with a curve shaped sofa made with high quality boucle fabric and a round shaped coffee table on a modern designed rug creates eye-catching looks. Sofa back wall looks stunning with the use onyx marble enclosed in veneer frame and beautiful wall clock on it

    Onyx marble and brass trimmings has been used to give tv unit’s wall a panelled look and veneer panelling has been incorporated to add some essence to it. Big curtains, light curtains and functionality hidden inside areas are the main USP of the house.

    The dining area is placed right next to the kitchen to enhance the beauty of the space. Marble on the dining top and metal stand below looked amazing. Crockery unit is finished of Polycoat against a veneer panelling and artifact wall

    Kitchen has been made in the white & green palette with Anthracite counter top and wall cladding. Solid surface and back painted glass shutter have been used in cabinets to give a clean look overall.

    We have used it in wardrobe shutters, and handles has been customised accordingly. Round shaped mirror and veneer panel on vertical grooved wall beside bed acts as a highlight feature of the room

    Onyx Marble, veneer panels & cushions have been given as bed back. TV has been incorporated in the wardrobe itself. Round shaped has been used an element throughout the room.

    The terrace was kept clean and basic to add some depth to the space. PVC louvers with led profile lights in abstract pattern add some glamour to the space and to VOX ceiling in wooden shade has been used to merge with PVC louvers. Moroccan tiles serve as surprise with matt grey flooring.

    The parent’s room has been designed beautifully with the headboard being the emphasis point of the room. A hanging light has been provided as per the headboard above the side table.

    The wardrobes look unique because of the customised long handle incorporated in arched shaped groove patterned wardrobe shutter.

    The son wanted a clean linear and modern look, so we decided to do something different for this bedroom. The statement of grid pattern in light blue colour on the bed back wall. Along with that, we used the same grid patterns on the doors and furniture, which gives a modern linear look.  

    The daughter wanted a very elegant room. Hence, its colour scheme has been selected accordingly. Mirrors on either side of bed, Full length Grooved MDF and cushion panels completes the bed back wall. the look.

    Terrace has been incorporated in room to give room spacious and wider look. Fluted panels have been used on wall and ceiling of terrace and wooden flooring helps in completing

    Toilet’s space has been divided into wet area, semi wet area and dry area. Natural marble has been used with brass trimmings and groove patterns on wall cladding of toilets. Sanitary fittings of all toilets have been chosen in gold colour to enhance the beauty  of the space.
