A good elevation is the face of the building which creates the first impression of you and your home. If an elevation uses a good colour scheme, the structure looks spacious and fresh and also creates positive vibes in the house. We have used a split-contemporary colour scheme in which a subtle colour palette uplifts the mood. Fabricated metal grid in elevation projected up to the terrace which creates semi-open roof on terrace garden. Cement concrete blocks in elevation enhance the beauty of the bungalow.
Approaching the First floor in foyer, living-dining, kitchen, and one bedroom (Parent’s) . The foyer is designed in a way that it leaves a pragmatic first impression on the visitors with the use of geometrical patterns and material play-like texture on the wall with terrazzo on the floor. The composite panel adds beauty to enhance the foyer space.
The plywood ceiling in the living area finished with a veneer will catch your attention. Italian marble panelled T.V unit looks elegant & grand, along with that contemporary style swing is like putting a cherry on the cake.
A state of art modular kitchen system with complete in-built appliances has been introduced for a clean, plainer ambience within the kitchen. Our client doesn’t want a typical window in the kitchen so, we provide them with a fixed frosted glass window on which the ceiling line pattern is projecting down seems like a part of a whole. The minimal fluted paneled wall and modern design dining table combination gives classic look to the dining area.
The staircase will be used daily by you and your family, it should make this as easy and comfortable as possible for you, which is only possible if it is designed properly and with your needs considered. This 3-storey bungalow has a different kind of material stairs on each connecting floor. In the world of modern design, we have a customized lather polished terrazzo staircase from the ground to the first floor. Fabricated stair finished with natural wood, wooden handrail with indirect light on the first to the second floor. Inclined riser RCC stair finished with quartz on the second to the third floor.
The bedroom is the space where you hopefully will spend at least 7 hours of sleep every night so, it should be more comfortable than any other space. Comfortable not just in physical comforts but also visually & mentally is vital. Every bedroom here seems flawless while keeping the right balance of all the elements, patterns, materials, lights, and decor.
As per our client requirements, designing 5 bedrooms with all their needs in such plot size was quite challenging for our team, still, we fruitfully succeed.
The common basin unit features terrazzo counters top and Mirror frame in a Traditional geometrical pattern in multicolour stone chips. Elegantly customising the common basin area is a centre of attraction in the home.
