About seventy-five percent of a human’s life unfolds within office walls, a sacred stage of work and silent drama. Here, we quietly perform the journey of existence through color, effort, and everyday moments. Inspired by Lord Ram, the design reflects integrity and leadership through every detail.
Across the 9th and 10th floors, custom acoustic panels in conference and training rooms subtly etch Ram’s journey. They turn meetings into moments of reflection.
Designers craft every corner with intention—quiet zones, collaborative hubs, and symbolic elements breathe culture into the space. In mere seconds, visitors see a sleek, modern office — but beneath lies storytelling, months of effort, and purpose-driven design.
After exploring countless locations, Ar. Chirag Mehta guided the client toward an east–west facing office on the 9th and 10th floors. This decision maximized natural daylight, creating a dramatic mood and a positive, productive vibe.
As you step onto the 9th floor, a warm, nature-inspired reception greets you. A custom wooden table rests in a private foyer. Original wooden logs interwoven with lush greenery add rhythm to the corridor, guiding the eye toward shared spaces.
To the left, the vibrant Utsav Cafeteria unfolds. It is a joyful space with pops of colour, hanging lights, and tiered window seating. Thoughtful wallpapers narrating Gujarat’s rich heritage infuse cultural character. Just beyond, a recreational zone breaks the monotony of work. Wooden textures, calming wall art, and sunlight through glass façades offer quiet refreshment.
To the right, a serene blue seating zone with wooden flooring and greenery creates the feel of an urban courtyard. Cozy PU-leather alcoves beneath lit niches and a central circular bench invite informal conversations called “Bethak.” Inspired by Chabutro, it blends nature, comfort, and community.
Two thoughtfully designed meeting rooms — Ayodhya and Mithila — lie opposite. With deep grid ceilings, marble tabletops, acoustic panels etched with Ram’s journey across India, and delicate patterns on frosted glass, they embody calm, purpose, and storytelling.
Designers place support spaces like the IT room, the training room (Panchvati), the pantry, storage, and washrooms with Vastu in mind, ensuring functionality and flow at the core space..The layout divides both floors into east and west wings, and each wing accommodates 78–85 people. Surrounded by cabins and portals, these open-plan workstations foster privacy, accessibility, and balance.
The room features modular furniture with black mesh chairs on a neutral carpeted floor, while circular acoustic ceiling panels add both texture and sound control. The vibrant orange doors introduce energy, setting a lively tone for learning and collaboration. The name draws inspiration from Panchvati, nestled on the banks of the Godavari, a sacred grove where sages once imparted wisdom to their shishyas under ancient trees. A timeless seat of learning and spiritual discipline
Glass partitions with wave-like frosted patterns and yellow aluminium frames create a bright yet grounded space. The use of wooden ceiling battens and grey felt acoustic panels gives a modern warmth that encourages focus and open dialogue , inspired after Chitrakoot –“the hill of many wonders. “A place where Lord Rama spent his exile and sages performed penance.
In the south we have centrally placed small cabins- Rishyamukha , Kishkindha, and Dronagiri in shades of pink . We have a pod named Prayagraj , which reminds us of the belongings of Ram.
The 10th floor is meticulously zoned to foster efficiency and ease. At its core, a central seating courtyard and private foyer reception act as welcoming anchors.
Flanking this heart are expansive open workstations accommodating over 150 staff, balanced by private cabins and dedicated conference rooms for focused discussions. A series of meeting spaces, director’s cabin, and lounge areas ensure leadership and collaboration stay connected.Utility zones like IT, server, and washrooms are centrally placed, streamlining access without interrupting workflow.
Attention to detail is seen in the bespoke reception area that casts a soft glow. The customised reception table, crafted after multiple prototypes, features layered wooden contours that mimic natural sediment formations — tactile, organic, and inviting. Its sculptural form not only grounds the space but also establishes a welcoming identity along with the elliptical shape on it .
At its centre, a perforated ceiling disc integrates ambient lighting and subtle graphic detailing, symbolizing digital connectivity and flow — a bold nod to the brand’s tech-forward vision. The space feels modern, grounded, and thoughtfully futuristic. This passageway artistically traces the evolution of humankind — from primal silhouettes to futuristic beings integrated with AI and drone technology.
A glowing timeline of progress, it symbolizes the journey from instinct to innovation in a visually immersive way. This golf-inspired seating zone blends playful turf curves with cozy, cushioned nooks, offering a relaxed retreat within the workspace.
The family room is thoughtfully placed on the 10th floor for easy access to the main director.
Next to it is a space allotted to the sales area staff, which has these motifs on the wall in grey, giving an artistic, inspiring look to the space. On the opposite we have meeting rooms named Godavari and Kaveri. In the southwest, we have the main director’s cabin ,which is beautifully crafted in yellow according to the client’s choices.
On the south side, there are Conference rooms Ganga and Yamuna, which blend modern functionality with cultural storytelling, featuring acoustic panels, wooden ceilings, natural textures, and symbolic wall art that inspires clarity and collaboration. A circular vibrant mix of orange frames, teal accents, and grey tones defines the meeting room opposite, while the wall features acoustic discs that echo both function and fluid design.
Oh, here’s a robot placed in the right corner near the meeting room and the working space, which reminds us of the technology with humans around.
And we have these workspaces that embody our strive towards immersive environments that elevate the spirit and calm the mind with these graphical wall murals in this huge space, reminding us of the connectivity of the space.
