    Oberoi Realty

    Translating Vision into Space

From the outset, the design sought to translate the brand’s vision into spatial reality, crafting a workplace that elevates quality of life through the choreography of light and form.

The philosophy, “Light as Detail, Material, and Language,” informs every design decision.

Light is not mere illumination; it is a design instrument:

    • As Detail: accentuating textures, depth, and visual cues, guiding movement.
    • As Material: transforming surfaces, enriching perception.
    • As Language: articulating rhythm, hierarchy, and spatial identity.

    Human-Centric Spatial Flow

Spatial planning reCects a human-centric approach. The open Coor layout integrates transparency, ergonomic circulation, and layered experiences. Movement Cows naturally from public, collaborative zones to private enclaves, orchestrated through curved glass partitions, baVe ceilings, and material transitions, defining circulation and spatial hierarchy.

Complementing this are grey Cooring, warm marble, and wooden laminates with black and brass accents, balancing texture, warmth, and subtly reinforcing the brand’s identity of luxury and hospitality.

A Social Heart Rooted in Materiality

The cafeteria forms the heart of the workplace, where design, community, and wellbeing intersect. Anchored by a sculptural column with biophilic elements and paired with warm timber, black surfaces, and Coating luminaires, it becomes a vibrant social hub. The project celebrates the poetics of materiality, where every gesture, corner, and detail is crafted to create immersive, experiential experiences.
