Welcome to this thoughtfully designed 2bhk apartment, crafted for a couple and their teenage daughter. “From the moment you step inside, the designers intend for this home to feel warm, inviting, and deeply personal, never like a hotel, in alignment with the client’s brief.”
This 2BHK Apartment Is Thoughtfully Designed For A Couple & Their Daughter | Studio Alegrar
As we move into the living area of this 2bhk apartment, the first feature that catches your eye is the beautifully curved TV panel and unit with an integrated bar. Its wave-inspired form, finished in a copper-toned metal with PU-coated shutters, blends seamlessly into the space. It’s sculptural, functional, and becomes an elegant focal point without overwhelming the room.
“The designers also designed the home to adapt to the family’s traditions.” Every year, the couple hosts Ganesh Ji for two days. For this, a temporary table is set up right here, and it comes alive against an arched ceiling detail and nine backlit circular mirrors. Together, they create a serene and glowing backdrop that also respects Vastu requirements.
Moving into the daughter’s bedroom, the design shifts to something softer and more playful. A circular ceiling and an arched panel behind the bed create a cocoon-like effect that gently frames the space. The study table and custom curved cabinet help keep the room organized, offering functionality without compromising on style.
Now, let’s step into the primary bedroom. This room opens up to sweeping, uninterrupted views of the city skyline. The natural light paired with a calm, neutral palette enhances the sense of peace here—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.
Throughout the home, the material palette is warm and natural. Soft curves, subtle textures, and a cohesive color story tie every space together, making the apartment feel serene, homely, and deeply connected to the people who live here and intuitively functional, truly a home and not just a space to stay.
