The entrance foyer is a luxurious and visually striking prelude to the residence. It features a dramatic backlit onyx wall panel on the right, radiating a warm golden glow that sets a rich and inviting tone. A sleek black console table with mirrored surfaces and contemporary floral arrangements adds an element of refined sophistication.

The ceiling is creatively designed with a cityscape print, giving an illusion of depth and urban dynamism overhead. On the left, the elevator facade is minimalist with soft-textured beige wall panels and a brushed bronze elevator indicator. The space uses reflective black marble flooring with subtle veining that enhances its opulence while visually extending the depth of the corridor. The foyer seamlessly blends ambient lighting, luxe materiality, and artistic detail, creating a bold and upscale first impression.

Living Area

The living space is a carefully curated blend of modern sophistication and eclectic artistic flair. The layout features a central seating arrangement with plush sofas in deep navy and muted greys, accented by contemporary quilted armchairs.

A bold marble coffee table anchors the area, layered over a soft abstract-patterned rug, infusing texture and vibrancy into the palette. One wall showcases warm, vertically paneled wood, contrasting elegantly against the polished grey marble flooring and soft, diffused drapery that allows ambient light to permeate the space.

Layered Luxury Design

A standout element is the floor-to-ceiling display cabinet, acting as both partition and gallery, adorned with unique, colorful sculptures and artisanal decor pieces, reflecting a collector’s sensibility. Pendant lighting in sculptural forms adds vertical rhythm and soft illumination. The overall ambience is one of layered luxury, balancing comfort, visual intrigue, and a deep appreciation for art and design in an open-plan yet distinctly zoned environment.

Dining Area

The dining area is a bold and eclectic fusion of artistic expression and modern sophistication. Centered around a polished wooden dining table, the space is brought to life by vibrant, custom-upholstered chairs featuring whimsical cityscape illustrations in vivid hues like purples, yellows, blues, and reds. These statement pieces inject a lively personality into the room. Above, a sculptural pendant light, resembling an artichoke, adds a touch of sculptural drama.

The backdrop features a blend of materials: warm wooden paneling, navy acoustic panels, and curated art objects arranged in an open display unit that doubles as a partition. The decorative glass vase with fresh lilies and playful decor accents like golden goblets on the table add charm and contrast to the setting. Together, these elements craft a dining environment that feels both curated and full of creative flair.

Kitchen Design

The kitchen offers a sleek, contemporary retreat defined by high-end finishes and clean geometry. Walls and countertops clad in white marble with delicate grey veining give the space a refined and airy aesthetic. In contrast, bold mustard yellow cabinetry introduces a pop of color and modern attitude, while brushed metallic upper cabinets enhance the luxurious appeal.

The kitchen island, which doubles as a cooking and prep station, features an integrated hob and ample storage, further accentuating the room’s functionality. Glossy grey base cabinets and the reflective marble flooring amplify the sense of openness and light. Full-height glass doors lead out to a balcony, bringing in natural light and offering expansive outdoor views, perfectly balancing elegance with practicality. Bedrooms

Bedroom exudes contemporary elegance with a carefully curated blend of comfort and sophistication. The space features a grand upholstered bed with a patterned headboard accented by ambient backlighting, creating a cozy focal point.

The bedding and throw in shades of grey and navy blue add layers of texture and color, complementing the overall muted palette. Beside the bed, a stylish nightstand with a flower arrangement and warm lighting adds a touch of charm.

Marble Flooring

The marble flooring enhances the room’s luxurious appeal, while the floor-to-ceiling curtains lend softness and privacy.

At the far end, two striking accent chairs in rich rust red and cobalt blue provide a bold pop of color and a cozy seating nook, grounded by a soft round rug and a sleek black coffee table. Overall, the bedroom strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and inviting warmth.

Terrace

The terrace is a beautifully designed outdoor oasis that blends comfort, modern aesthetics, and a connection to nature. The floor is covered in lush artificial turf, creating the ambiance of a garden retreat high above the city. To the left, a cozy woven rocking chair in a red and beige pattern is paired with soft cushions, offering a perfect spot for quiet relaxation. Beside it, bamboo plants and a sculptural stone water feature enhance the tranquil, natural atmosphere.

At the centre of the space is a sleek, black bar-height table, accompanied by a mix of modern, monochrome bar stools, which provide a stylish setting for casual dining or evening drinks. An eye-catching, wave-like black modular sofa with sculptural curves anchors the far side of the terrace. Further, adorned with colorful orange and red throw pillows. A low wire-frame table with a glass top completes the lounging area. The perimeter is bordered with planters filled with tall palms and lush greenery, adding privacy and freshness. The glass railing offers unobstructed views of the city skyline. Also, discreet lighting along the walls and planters enhances the space’s ambience as daylight fades. This terrace is a perfect blend of sophistication and serenity, ideal for entertaining or unwinding.

Designing with High-end Modernity

The space marries high-end modernity with artistic flair, drawing from urban sophistication and natural textures. Inspired by luxury boutique hotels and gallery aesthetics, the design incorporates gallery lighting and striking sculptural elements. It also features layered material contrasts, marbles, woods, metals, and warm stone. Bold accents, such as the yellow cabinets, sculptural powder-room sink, and colourful seating, create unexpected joy. Curated hospitality elements like the vanity area, display cabinets, and statement lighting suggest a lifestyle of comfort and refined playfulness.
