This office space by The Concept Lab is moulded in soft minimalism. After working in the design field for over six years and handling many different types of projects, the designer knew one thing for sure: this office had to be unique. They didn’t want something basic or common. Instead, they imagined a space that felt soft, dreamy, and full of curves and waves, just like their design personality. They had a clear vision from the beginning: a neutral and subtle color palette with highlights only through carefully chosen artefacts and art pieces.
This Office Space is Moulded in Soft Minimalism | The Concept Lab
The office is spread across two floors of a residential bungalow (500 sq. ft. each), now converted into a workspace shared by The Concept Lab, the interior design studio, and Divine Jewels, their family’s diamond jewellery business.
The ground floor belongs to Divine Jewels and includes a warm entrance foyer, a small mandir in the waiting area, the main jewellery cabin, a shared conference room, an accounts room, and a washroom.
The upper floor is used by The Concept Lab. It includes a central waiting area, the main designer’s cabin on one side, the team’s working space on the other, a pantry, a washroom, and a terrace. The designers crafted the entrance to draw people in, simple, elegant, and full of character.
The waiting area stands out with its beautiful hanging light, a curved sofa, and soft shapes that all come together perfectly. The team’s work area is their favorite, it blends modern design with playful curves. Stripe details on the soft board add just a little bit of drama in a subtle way.
Designer’s cabin is another highlight, filled with soft neutral tones, arches, and curved lines that feel calm, creative, and thoughtfully done.
This space isn’t just an office. It’s a blend of two worlds, interior design and jewellery, brought together in a peaceful, beautiful setting that truly reflects who they are.
