A sleek designer unit, crafted in white acrylic and topped with a beautiful Sattvario Italian marble countertop, adds versatility to the space. It serves as a multifunctional element. A portion of the unit extends through the mirror, cleverly fragmenting the reflective surface while maintaining its functionality. As light bounces off the mirror, it creates an illusion of expanded space. This spacious feel is further enhanced by a subtle vase filled with vibrant green leaves. The natural touch brings serenity to the space and beautifully complements the mirror’s reflective glow.
The apartment’s private balcony seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor areas. Lush greenery envelops the angular, double-height balcony, which also acts as a charming mini terrace. These plantations play a crucial role in regulating the property’s microclimate, fostering a delicate balance between natural and built environments.
The serene outdoor oasis stretches across a generous length, accommodating spacious seating perfectly suited for leisure. A fixed stone platform nestles between the plantations, offering a serene and calming experience while seated. Additionally, this seating space offers visual connectivity to the picturesque central park area and the exclusive clubhouse. It seamlessly integrates natural splendour, community, and refined living into a truly exceptional lifestyle experience.
The compact 60 sq. ft. kitchen of the apartment is a masterclass in efficient design, where, form and function blend seamlessly. The east-facing window floods the space with natural light. It highlights the elegant cappuccino-hued cabinetry, beautifully contrasted with black and white accents. The contemporary design aesthetic is both stylish and practical, incorporating a range of clever storage solutions and essential accessories. These include a convenient bottle pullout, a space-saving corner unit, and tandem drawers for optimal organization. There’s also a pantry for storing essentials and an OTG unit for added convenience. Despite its modest size, this kitchen packs a big punch. It blends style and functionality, making it perfect for culinary creativity.
A cleverly crafted wall panelling discreetly conceals the electrical panel and the entry door to the master bedroom. It seamlessly integrates into the adjacent living area. This subtle intervention adds a touch of visual interest. At the same time, it complements the surrounding aesthetic while carefully avoiding any visual competition with the TV wall.
As we step into the master bedroom, a serene and minimalist contemporary ambiance envelops us. It is characterized by a soothing, muted palette of earthy browns. The room’s layout is carefully balanced. It features two spacious wardrobes – ‘his’ and ‘hers’ – positioned symmetrically on either side of the bed. The bedroom’s crowning glory is the magnificent abstract artwork that hangs above the bed. Its tactile, sandy surface adds depth and visual interest against the smooth, white backdrop.
Throughout the room, a sense of perfect symmetry prevails, reflecting a thoughtful and meticulous approach to design. Every element contributes to a sense of harmony and balance. This includes the placement of the wardrobes as well as the positioning of the artwork and plants.
The second bedroom in the apartment welcomes a toddler with vibrant colors and imaginative elements that create a whimsical retreat. The low-sill window extends up to the beam, allowing ample natural light to pour in. This fills the room with a bright, airy atmosphere.
