  • This Minimalistic Design Interior Considers Future Owners | Less is MORE-Architects & Interior Designers

This minimalistic design interior meets the existing demands of the community while considering the future requirements of the occupier. This defines us as “LESS IS MORE” – architects and interior designers with a timeless design approach. Each project carries the responsibility of addressing both current and future needs. A show apartment always presents the challenge of combining the ideal client’s wishes with the needs of future owners. The design approach is minimalistic, featuring easy-to-maintain furniture designs.

    Entrance

The entry foyer invites visitors with a red console and a grey limo coat backdrop, creating an attractive focal point in the show apartment.

    Interior Spaces

The design thoughtfully establishes a visual connection between the living, dining, puja area, and kitchen, considering the spaciousness of the 4BHK. The island breakfast table allows for daily informal communication during busy moments.

    Kitchen

The kitchen is customized on-site with pastel blue shades and a modular concept. It is also connected to a storeroom, an outside working kitchen, and a servant’s quarter with a rear entrance. This design meets the needs of modern kitchen workspaces and serves as a selling point for high-end apartments.

    Bedrooms

The bedroom designs of the apartment are different keeping in mind the futuristic client, their vision, and approach towards the show flat. Out of the four bedrooms, three serve as master bedrooms, despite their different sizes, and one serves as a kids’ bedroom with a self-sustainable approach. Use of the same basic material palette and experimenting with tapestry and tint of different shades for different rooms has worked out well in the total scenario. The design of the children’s bed features two separate beds for the better comfort of kids, and pastel shades enhance the overall impact of the home interiors.
