Home to two professional IT engineers and their young daughter, this apartment is the culmination of their dream to create a chic yet homely sanctuary. Their brief was clear: to create a space which is functional and gives a sense of calm & relaxation; thus, it feels like a warm, welcoming home. The narrative of this beautiful 3bhk house design begins with the philosophy that less is more. Natural materials, wooden textures and earthy tones play a pivotal role harmonizing the overall look and feel to its functionality. The fresh take on airy spaces and quaint atmospheres brings new life to the home.

This 3bhk House Design is the Culmination of a Dream for a Chic Sanctuary | H Interior Designs
The entrance to the home is the “first look” acts as the prelude to the home’s serene narrative. The light wooden features combined with the beige seating are chosen for their organic warmth and textural play while the added features of darker décor are deliberate, adding colour balance to the space.
The foyer aims to stand as exemplification not just as minimalism as a style but as an experience luring guests into the realm of peacefulness.
As you enter the living room you’re graced with contemporary textures and colour combinations creating a cocoon of relaxation and tranquillity.
The usage of the black and white printed rugs further adds visual dimension to the space in addition to the perfect C-Shaped seating further closing the space and privatizing it into “the living room area”.
The dining room seamlessly follows through with the design aesthetic with its light wooden features and tasteful black accents, additionally creating a harmonious balance with the soft grey and beige tones.
Nestled in the corner of the space resides a Mandir that maintains the minimalistic yet distinctive charm. To infuse the space with a touch of nature, a customized forest-themed wallpaper has been incorporated, adding a touch of artistic greenery visuals further adding to the home’s earthy ambiance.
To bridge the dining and kitchen areas, a breakfast counter and glass partition have been thoughtfully introduced, creating a seamless flow between the two spaces further opening it up and giving it more light as well as providing a relaxed additional seating area.
The kitchen further embodies a minimalist design ethos using various design elements. Further, balancing the color pallet with black metal handles overall prioritizing functionality with design
The master bedroom redefines understated luxury, incorporating textures and elements reminiscent of the golden era. It includes elements such as the exquisite rattan work on the end of the bed and the addition of the elegantly timeless study desk.
The Guest bedroom oozes simplistic yet feels expansive and accommodating. While maintaining the theme of the house.
The design team meticulously curated the little girl’s room to capture the playfulness of childhood. They preserved a sense of timeless elegance in the space.
Delicate bedding and understated wall art strike a balance in the interior design of the bedroom. Further, allowing the room to evolve with the child’s changing tastes and interests.
