  • A Refreshing Escape Into A Luxury And Modern House | AVVO & Iram Boxwala Design Studio

In a world filled with constant stimulation and clutter, the concept of minimalism in the luxury and modern house interior design offers a refreshing escape. Our clients envisioned a luxury house where comfort meets modern without excess. They wanted a sanctuary within the confines of their home. As designers, translating this vision into reality became more than just creating spaces; it became an exploration of emotions and refinement. It was about understanding the essence of their desires and crafting a dwelling that not only embraces clean lines and neutral hues but also resonates with the soul. In our pursuit of customisation, we left no stone unturned.

Every element, from the furnishings to the decor, was meticulously designed or sourced with our clients’ unique tastes in mind. We ensured that each piece carried a touch of individuality, making the entire house a personalized sanctuary for our clients. We incorporated vibrant colour pops to introduce visual interest and energy into the space, creating a dynamic balance between tranquility and liveliness.

    Entrance Foyer

As you step into the modern and luxury house, the entrance foyer welcomes you with an air of elegance. Smooth, polished veneer panels reflect light, creating a luminous and inviting space. Warm wood tones blend seamlessly with the neutral colour palette, guiding you from the outside world into an interior sanctuary. Subtle yet striking details adorn the foyer, adding layers of visual interest.

    luxury and modern house

A sleek seating area invites you to pause and unwind, while an exquisite artwork atop a console table serves as a captivating focal point, sparking conversation and intrigue. Every element of the entrance foyer has been carefully curated to establish the tone for the entire home.

    Living Area

As you transition from the entrance foyer, you enter the heart of the home – the living room which is graced by a serene beige colour like a sand dune in the dessert. The beige sofas and wooden TV cabinets exude warmth and modernity, while a vibrant red artwork above the sofa adds a pop of colour and visual interest. We customized a marble coffee table that offers functionality without overpowering the space. Glossy marble floors reflect light, enhancing the room’s brightness, while recessed ceiling lights cast an even glow. An arc floor lamp with a large drum shade provides cozy illumination, perfect for quiet evenings spent unwinding.

    Dining Area

In the dining area, a colourful geometric artwork complements the room’s palette, creating a harmonious balance of colour and texture. To ensure cohesion, the dining table and consoles were customized to harmonies with the artwork. Wooden fluted standing consoles blend seamlessly with the wooden finish of the TV cabinets, creating visual continuity throughout the space. We have created innovative folds in the dining area’s walls, adding rhythm and depth to an otherwise flat surface. These thoughtful details echo the overarching design intent—to create a space where every element harmonies with the next.

    Powder Bathroom

In the powder bathroom, we ventured into a realm of luxury and artistry, setting it apart from the rest of the house. The walls feature a striking dark tropical wallpaper pattern in shades of grey and white that exudes sophistication and drama. The soft glow from the lampshade adds an inviting touch to the space, casting subtle shadows that enhance the ambiance. Golden accents are sprinkled throughout, adding a touch of opulence and warmth to the space. This interplay of dark hues and luxury elevates the powder bathroom.

    Master Bedroom

For the main bedroom, the client wanted a space that would serve as a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We designed the bedroom to exude an air of timeless elegance and classical charm. Pristine white walls serve as a canvas for intricate mouldings, casting subtle shadows that add depth and character to the room. At the heart of the room stands a luxurious bed with crisp linens, plush pillows, and a foam-clad headboard that promises proper head and back support.

Ample wardrobe storage and a sleek TV unit and dresser complete the room, ensuring both functionality and elegance. But it was the subtle infusion of mint green that truly transformed the space. From the bedside cabinets to the TV unit and dressing table, hints of mint green breathed new life into the monochrome palette, creating a sense of harmony and balance. Large windows flood the room with natural light, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and inviting the outdoors in. Floor-to-ceiling curtains frame the windows, providing privacy and light control while adding a touch of luxury and sophistication to the room. Wooden flooring grounds the space, adding warmth and texture to the room’s tranquil ambiance.

    Kid’s Bedroom

Our aim for the kid’s room was to infuse a sense of fun and creativity while maintaining the overall minimalism of the house. Every element is thoughtfully curated to inspire joy and foster creativity. At the heart of the room lies a bunk bed, cleverly designed with stairs attached to it, leading to a play area on top. This innovative layout not only saves space but also provides the child with an additional area to explore and play in.

The room is thoughtfully furnished with versatile and functional pieces that cater to the child’s needs and interests. Adjacent to the bunk bed, a wardrobe and desk space are seamlessly integrated, optimizing the room’s layout and storage capabilities. Curves play a significant role in adding a playful touch to the room’s design. The walls are adorned with playful decor accents, including vibrant wallpapers and themed artworks. A sky themed wallpaper creates a sense of wonder and imagination.

    Den

Designed with versatility in mind, the den serves as a multifunctional space—where our client could unwind, work from home, and host guests with ease. Catering to his desire for a more masculine ambiance, we curated elements that exude both comfort and functionality. The room features a cozy sofa that effortlessly transforms into a bed when needed, ensuring comfort for overnight guests. Wooden flooring adds warmth and character to the space, anchoring it in a timeless aesthetic.

Integrated seamlessly into the design is a minimalist TV unit, paired with storage solutions meticulously designed to maximise space and organisation. The wall and the TV unit are painted in a refreshing green hue that evokes a sense of freshness and vitality. A combination of closed cabinets and open shelves offers ample storage for accessories and decorative items. Soft ambient lighting fills the room, creating a warm and inviting ambience that enhances the den’s versatility.

    Conclusion

All in all, the design is a testament to the harmonious blend of luxury and modern design principles. It is a space that invites relaxation while exuding sophistication and elegance.
