From the grand entrance adorned with a pergola and traditional Indian elements to the meticulously crafted interiors that seamlessly blend form and function. Overall, every aspect of this villa reflects a thoughtful approach to design.

    Open Air Seating

The open-air seating area contributes a unique traditional Indian atmosphere to the structure. This further fosters a sense of connection with the local community. The combination of paving stones and intricately designed concrete furniture not only enhances the Indian aesthetic but also aids in the natural percolation of water into the ground.

The inviting drawing room emanates a sense of comfort, adorned with a tribal-themed painting and robust furniture overlooking the expansive double-height dining area. Further creating a feeling of anticipation and semi-privacy. However, the true highlight of the entire space lies in the hanging curtains, which steal attention with their exquisite appearance. The use of floor-to-ceiling windows not only enhances the lighting and ventilation within the room but also provides a seamless connection to the outdoors.

    Living Room

The living area is adorned with crisp, clean lines and a soft, neutral color scheme that seamlessly transitions into an outdoor sitting area featuring a serene wall fountain.

    Kitchen

Conveniently, we connected the kitchen and puja area, ensuring easy access. The wooden ceilings beautifully contrast with the flooring, while the dining set seamlessly blends with the overall ambiance. The sleek, modern kitchen is elegantly designed in a minimalist style, predominantly in black and white tones. Moreover, this offers both functionality and a touch of luxury within the space.

The expansive family lounge, situated between a cutout and a balcony, benefits from an abundance of natural light streaming in from the east-facing windows.

The careful selection of textures and materials contributes to a refined atmosphere within the room. While tastefully chosen decor pieces enhance the natural beauty of the wooden elements in the background.

The strategic placement of balconies and openings on the east façade ensures ample daylight throughout the structure, while a white metal screen serves both functional and artistic purposes. This overall enhances the visual appeal.

Double-height spaces achieve this by allowing sunlight to filter through the building, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance.

    Bedrooms

In the bedrooms, a selection of sophisticated furniture in classic English colors adds a touch of elegance and comfort to the living spaces.
