Naj Residence is designed by Rachana Goyam, founder of Midas Luxury Interiors, for their client Mr. Lalith Jain and his family. This 3800 sq.ft. residence has warm, beige and gold accents seeped to it and is located in the Hot Semi-Arid Climate of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. All area are ‘Neoclassicism’ a boundless art history, the wainscoting on the walls with luxury marble cladding with intricately carved crown moldings on walls with marble inlay on floor has set tranquility and luxury at the same time. The space converse together with the flow of a single tone, our favorite beige.

Open kitchen adds visibility and looks extend space of the dining area, by using beige colour kitchen appears brighter and airier than as it was earlier! Small breakfast counter help to serve quick on the go breakfast every day to family members.

All room are muted neutral tones are easier for eyes than pop up color. Calm vibes and filled with youthful spirit that lift up any one mood after a long tiring day at work.

As per function the balcony is provided to enlarge the living space and range of activities possible in a dwelling without a garden or lawn. In this apartment the balcony is partly recessed to provide for both sunshine and shelter. Apart from plants which bring in life to the balcony, the outer space is decorated with soft lighting, cozy seating arrangements and colorful cushions to make it a warm and inviting space. Considering the importance of open space in our life and functionality it should offer. The sliding window gives uninterrupted view of the scenic estate, while the opulent interiors envelope you in a glowing embrace.

The chandeliers in the centre area, punctuate the space with a certain old-world charm. This is the perfect space where we could lose one self in and unwind. From moody wallpapers, to amazing marble inlaying on the floor, crystal-details across the chandeliers, table accessories and furniture elements, to that delicious glimmer of antique gold polish, rose gold framing and the wall light creates a feast for the senses.
