A restaurant that is completely engulfed in the realm of arches, designed by Yellow Architects is a business haven in the city of Nizams. The warm tones of the Moroccan blue entryway and natural wood shade welcome the city’s BBQ enthusiasts in their own distinct style. The property is amid one of Hyderabad’s busiest neighborhoods, noted for its high footfall. The key aim is to pique guests’ interest right at the entrance lobby, which was accomplished by using an incredible patterned ceiling, while the walls were already swamped with promotional branding. The entrance lobby itself serves both takeaway and a full-service restaurant, this restaurant is poured with pops of colors and stylish arches.

The Chief Architect of Yellow Architects, Ar. Vamshi Krishna Cherupally, claims that changing the entryway of the former restaurant was the process’ most significant decision.
The area was quite drab and uninviting when the client first came to us because the entry was at the farthest end of the corridor, and guests had to pass the service door after arriving from the elevator.
As a result, adjustments were made to move the entrance closer to the lift and create eye-catching structures to grab guests’ attention at first glance, which helped increase sales and set aside specific zones for all services.
According to the client, the restaurant’s entry archway is among the greatest aspects. The MS arches painted in wooden texture, paired with the profile lights running through and through, just make the passageway photo ready every time. The subtle flooring and the exposed ceiling helped in neutralizing the space altogether.
The feature wall of the archway is set to very minimal to highlight the cuisine frames on the walls along with a central mannequin depicting the idea of the restaurant. This archway leads to the former restaurant and also opens up to the private dining space from the inside.
The design not just infused the aesthetics of the space but also created designated services for each space as per its function. The shift of the entrance played a key role in the zoning of the space, which is made to ensure that the service zones are clubbed together around the kitchen, demarcating a clear dine-out space for the guests.
The glass and teak wood combination painted in matte black creates the ideal framework for both inhouse and outside dining patrons. The built-in waiting space simply meets the needs while attractively enhancing the space with its colour scheme.
The goal is to imitate arches in every way possible. The language of arches that mimicked throughout ceilings, furniture, and wall treatments just rose the bar high in amplifying the space. The charcoal panelling complements well, as a backdrop for the yellow and Moroccan blue furnishings. The architectural configuration was built so that the private dining space could be quickly transformed into a party hall in just a blink of an eye.
It accommodates more than 70 guests at a time and is also well connected with the existing restaurant. The exposed ceiling, which helped in hiding the HVAC systems running along, and the modest wallpaper contrast beautifully, with the wooden-texture painted false ceiling and the wooden hanging lights.
The acrylic CNC-lit accent piece on the wall is customized with branding, loudly proclaiming the family meal concept in the centre of the space.
