The project entailed the interior fit-out of a small yet smart and sustainable private office for a Civil Contractor firm at Gandhinagar. Spaces to be designed were waiting and reception, workstations, and a Chairman cabin. Rich material palette with simple colour scheme and design in straight lines were the predominant themes to create elegant interior spaces.

The project has been designed to meet the modern requirements of its users in a smart, sustainable and responsive manner.
A simple palette of white and wood finish with occasional use of colour to accentuate certain areas has been employed as the central colour scheme. The internal organization of spaces has been based on a functional interpretation of the day-to-day workings of the users.
All the modern amenities in terms of services have been provided to create a conducive and comfortable work environment.
Paradigm Design + Projects is a multi-disciplinary practice offering architectural design, interior design, landscape design, project management and contracting services since 2012.
The practice works across different building typologies including institutional, residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial projects.
The practice also works across different disciplines and scale of projects, from master planning to private residences.

Three of our projects have achieved IGBC green building certification in platinum and gold rating.
