Overhead, a custom chandelier brings in a soft golden glow, while the mirrored backdrop with metal detailing visually enlarges the space. Matching crockery units and side cabinets offer smart storage while keeping the design seamless and elegant.

Modular Kitchen

The modular kitchen is designed for high efficiency with a modern aesthetic. A soft taupe and ivory color scheme gives a clean, contemporary feel. Handleless cabinets with soft-close mechanisms, quartz countertops, and built-in appliances (hob, chimney, oven) ensure practicality without compromising on design.

A tall unit with pull-out pantry, under-cabinet lighting, and a patterned backsplash add both function and personality. The breakfast counter connects the kitchen to the dining area, making entertaining effortless and elegant.

Glass-Enclosed Mandir

The mandir is located in a quiet, accessible niche near the dining or family sitting area. Enclosed with clear glass, it features wooden Indian traditional thambhli, brass accents, and storage drawers for pooja essentials. lighting is optimized to keep the space spiritual and serene.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom reflects a personal identity while maintaining the project’s luxurious theme. The master bedroom features an upholstered headboard wall, layered lighting, and muted textures for a serene retreat.

The children’s room adds playful energy with custom furniture and cheerful tones, while the guest bedroom carries a neutral, inviting palette with warm woods, sleek furnishings, and ample storage integrated seamlessly into the design.

Family Sitting & Home Theatre

Designed as a dual-purpose space, this area functions both as a cozy family lounge and a mini home theatre. With its dark-toned wall cladding and concealed strip lighting, the ambiance is immersive and intimate.

Comfortable recliner seating faces a sleek entertainment wall with a large screen setup. Acoustic panels subtly integrated into the design enhance the cinematic experience, while still allowing the room to double as a laid-back space for family bonding and casual conversations.

Balconies

Each balcony includes space for seating or a vertical garden, with outdoor-grade tiles, railing grills, and utility tap provision.
