This ultra modern duplex house exudes opulence, nestled in a rapidly growing node of Panvel. Since, the client is a government official, our design enhanced the usability of the space. The result is a ultra modern house with an interesting level of texture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The little things, like distinctive light fixtures from the staircase and handmade furnishings, give the house charm and personality.

The living room skillfully combines white with various tones of brown and the eye-catching decor. The white sofa set in conjunction with round tables and striking accent pieces creates a serene and welcoming environment.
The black-and-white contrast enhances the overall aesthetic appeal and infuses a touch of intrigue into the design.
A black statue placed at the corner is heart of the space. The statue, holding white balls, serves as a mesmerizing focal point, drawing the attention of anyone who enters the room.
Under the staircase one can view the beautifully carved space for the mandir, small yet spacious for the peace of mind. Across the lounge space, there is open modular kitchen and folding dining table.
The lower level is for the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. The glamourous counter top lights up the passage way with the intricate details of glass wash basin.
The door opposite to it is guest bedroom, it is designed simple yet elegant with the tones and shades of gray.
The master bedroom has been split into four separate areas the meeting room, bedroom, walk-in- closet with the attached washroom and the terrace. The neutral colour pallet hinders over these spaces providing a calming environment.
As we move to the upper level, we can find the servant room and heading towards the centre there is entrance to the daughter’s bedroom.
The daughter’s bedroom features a pastel colour scheme with pops of pink and exquisite arch details throughout.
The wall along the washroom is designed to serve multiple purpose, it is paneled in a way so that it provides miscellaneous storage, arched entrance to the walk-in closet with attached washroom, and the study table for two young girls which also acts as a TV unit.
There are two bed placed in a carved arch with a central display unit. The semi open terrace is extension of bedroom, is prominent outdoor seating space with overlooking view of the city.
