Design Concept

The design of the apartment caters to the individual requirements of its inhabitants. It ensures that each space is tailored to their needs. However, the muted and minimal materiality, along with the smooth transition of spaces, seamlessly connects everything into a unified space.

4 bedroom apartment

The transformation of the fourth bedroom has resulted in a media room that extends from the living area, enhancing the sense of openness and connectivity throughout the apartment. Its walls were demolished to create an open plan

Entrance Foyer

Stepping into the entrance foyer, an air of sophistication and serenity sets the tone for the entire space. The focal point of the living room is the breathtaking view of the lake, which serves as a picturesque backdrop to gatherings and quiet moments alike. The jhoola in the center delicately accentuates the space, effortlessly dividing the media room from the living area, while the armchairs invite relaxation. Underfoot, a beautiful rug ties the room together, adding warmth and texture. Artworks adorning the walls elevate the ambiance, infusing personality and charm into the space.

Dining And Kitchen

As the sliding doors open, it seamlessly connects the media room, living area, the dining and an open kitchen; the boundaries between these zones dissolve, creating a harmonious flow ideal for both intimate gatherings and lively entertainment.

This unified space, with its parallel windows, floods the area with natural light, offering excellent ventilation throughout the space.

4 bedroom apartment

The minimalist dining offers panoramic views of Bangalore city, enhanced by pop-color wall art, a plush areca palm and a sleek dining table.

Bedroom

Traversing through the corridor, the house radiates to its bedrooms; each bedroom within this abode is meticulously designed to reflect the unique personalities of its inhabitants, with accents of indoor plants punctuating the spaces, bringing a refreshing touch of nature indoors.

The guest bedroom exudes modern sophistication, with clean lines and minimalist accents adding to the overall design aesthetic of the home.
