The design guides movement from the plot corners, leading users on a journey through the scenic surroundings.
The unbuilt central access lets natural light in, forming a striking courtyard that links sky and ground.
“As you move through the central access, the steps seamlessly transform into an amphitheater, accommodating various activities and doubling as a mini theater. This versatile space fosters community, creativity, and connection with nature.”
The end walls become feature walls, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors. Consequently, the swimming pool emerges as a magnetic focal point, naturally drawing users in. It creates a smooth link from the entrance to key areas, including the master bedroom with direct pool access.
“Each built area features a verandah, extending the living spaces and merging the indoors with the outdoors. This thoughtful design creates a harmonious balance between nature and architecture, allowing residents to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of their surroundings.”
“By incorporating features like the central courtyard, the amphitheater, a sloping roof and the expansive verandahs, the design ensures residents are always in touch with nature.” Every element of the design works in harmony to create a truly unique living experience.”
