This Residential Show House Was For A Client With A Highly Refined Taste | Art of Space Studio
The villa takes us through a grand, refreshing entrance.
Leading the way, the formal living area embodies contrasting elements with soft furnishings.
The client wanted to design this villa in a versatile aesthetic so it could be effortlessly sold to a potential resident. Consequently, for the transformation of this 3500 sq.feet bare structure into an impressive show-house, Interior Architect Ayesha Kansal, Principal Designer shares:
“We focused on establishing design sensibilities that resonate with people – in a way, that they’re be able to walk into the villa, within its various spaces, and feel an instant connection, with an aura of luxury and comfort.”
The dining area with its iconic furniture elements, rises from the ground as an artful bold statement!
The pooja area is inspired by the ‘tree of life’, offering a calming meditative haven.
All the bedrooms embody a serene atmosphere, they’re defined by a restrained palette but are an epitome of thoughtful, intentional design.
Moving along, an interesting staircase opens into an airy informal living lounge, the beauty of which, lies within its modular sofa seating, a stunning marble coffee table and an awe-inspiring rug.
This makes it a perfect setting to spend time with family and friends.
With Art as a muted backdrop through the spaces, the Villa is a testament to wholesome design.
Lastly, everything pictured in the space, from interior elevations, furniture to paintings, have been custom designed and custom manufactured for the project.
